| The report delivered on 19th CPC National Congress has pointed out that shaping ideology is one major task,the CPC has made following relative strategic deployment,which shows adequately that CPC’s acknowledge on shaping ideology has reached a new extend.As the fast development and wide usage of internet,the spread of public opinion and information is in a fast way through various type of media,but it is hard for people to tell the true information from fake ones,which has brought infinite challenge for shaping ideology work.Colleges and universities as educational institutions are responsible for cultivating young talents.They are the source of thoughts and vortex of public opinions.College students,on the other hand,are in the critical fusion point of school and society,which means,they are easy to be mislead due to lack of social experience and restriction of rational thinking.Thus how to carry out work of leading public opinion properly and effectively became the prrmary problem to be solved.As the development and innovation of telecommunication technology,our society has stepped in big data era.We are now able to sense and record a more diverse type of data and dig potential information through data analyzing and processing.At the same time,the era of big data has brought unprecedented chance for colleges and universities to lead internet public opinion and information.So colleges and universities should set out from practical situation to solve problems during the work of leading internet public opinions and information step by step.During this process,analyzing forming factor of problems and come up with solution with big data theory and technology has become extremely important.This paper makes full use of the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,and based on the empirical investigation of several colleges and universities in Xi’an.There are six chapters included in this paper.Chapter one,introduction,including background research and meaning,domestic and international research status,research design and research method.Chapter two,the understanding of relative concept and theory,including "big data,emergency in colleges and universities,and public opinion and information on internet".Chapter three,challenges and chances brought by big data ear to colleges and universities’ work on leading public opinion and information online.Chapter four,analysis of current status of work on leading colleges and universities online public opinions and information,through field investigation in part Xi’ an colleges and universities,the now existing problems shall be pointed out in this chapter.Chapter five,statement of reasons that led problems and challenges in leading online public opinions and information in colleges and universities of big data era.Chapter six,strategies of leading online public opinions and information in colleges and universities of big data era based on critical thinking and conclusion on paper writing thoughts and content. |
