Junior high school stage is an important part of a person's life,but also the formation of a critical period of character.Under the influence of economy,culture and examination education,the current rule of law education in rural junior middle school is not effective.The Eighth Plenary Session of the Eighth Plenary Session called for "the incorporation of the rule of law education into the national education system,from the young people,and the establishment of a rule of law knowledge classroom in primary and secondary schools",which poses new challenges in the field of educational practice and research.Strengthen the education of the rule of law for junior high school students,help them to prevent crime,the use of legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.Based on the analysis of Chinese and foreign literature,questionnaires,teacher interviews and case studies,combined with the characteristics of rural junior high school students and the reasons and characteristics of juvenile delinquency,this paper finds that there are serious knowledge transfer and light cultivation of rural middle school students Form of teaching,light practice activities;to think of the main class,not fully penetrate the problem.The rule of law education is a systematic project.The school is the main position of the rural middle school students' rule of law education.According to the actual situation of the junior middle school in rural areas and the characteristics of the junior middle school students,it is put forward that the school should pay attention to the degree of attention,give full play to the main role of the classroom,The second class of auxiliary role and other aspects to promote rural middle school students to achieve better results of the rule of law education.
