Today's society is a competitive society among all countries in the world, and the real power of competition is derived from the competition among talents.Though Japan and China both belong to the Asian cultural circle, competition of talents leads to some differences between them.In reflection of “Question of Qianxuesen” and Japanese Nobel“blowout” phenomenon,we can find the cause of these phenomenon is various, but will the reason be educational especially mathematics educational aspect? It will be deeply study.Basic education is the important foundation of education.First grade in primary school is the initial stage of the first stage of education in China, and the training of talents should be taken from basic education.Mathematics is closely related to human development and social progress. In order to promote the all-round development of students and better adapt to social needs,we must develop the irreplaceable role of mathematics.Japan and China belong to the Asian cultural circle.Due to the deep communication between mathematics and education in China and Japan, the comparative study of mathematics textbooks plays an important role in education, especially in classroom teaching. Therefore, this paper is based on the China "curriculum standards" and "guidelines" of Japan on the basis of the representative of Japan Kai Lin Museum of the first grade of primary school mathematics textbooks and teaching Chinese version of the first grade of primary school mathematics textbooks, proceed from the three major areas of mathematics, including structure design, compilation of textbook examples, comparison analysis of picture design comprehensively, the advantages and shortcomings of their own discernment,in order to find out the reference significance to the compilation of primary school mathematics teaching materials in our country, and prepare for the better development of basic education in our country. The full text is divided into five parts:The first part:description of research issues, aims, ideas and research methods. The literature of comparative research on teaching materials and mathematics materials athome and abroad is combed. The main methods used in this paper are comparative method and literature review. The second part: mainly elaborating the research object, that is selecting Chinese version of the first grade primary school to teach mathematics textbooks and Japanese primary school the first grade Kai Lin Museum of mathematics textbooks as the comparison objects, and to compare the first grade mathematics curriculum objectives from a macro point of reference on mathematics curriculum standards. The third part is the main part of this paper, mainly from the “number and Algebra”,“graphics and geometry”,“statistics and probability”,“comprehensive and practice” four areas to analyze the similarities and differences in the first grade primary school mathematics textbooks between China and Japan. This part is mainly analyzing the similarities and differences of the “number and algebra”,graphics and the field of geometric,to make a comparative study of design, curriculum and textbook compiling catalog, text features and their suggestions for the improvement of the five aspects. But the two major fields “statistics and probability”,“comprehensive and practice”are not much involved in primary school textbooks,so there is only a simple comparison. The fourth part:the comparison of the form of the first grade mathematics teaching materials in the primary school of China and Japan. This paper mainly compares and analyzes three aspects. That is teaching content, language and layout. And it points out their respective characteristics. The fifth part:the conclusion and the suggestion.Based on micro comparative analysis of the two countries “curriculum standards”and “guidance”and the representative of Chinese Education Press and Japan Kai Lin Museum primary school the first grade mathematics textbooks of mathematics and the macro comparison of “number and Algebra”,“graphics and geometry”,“statistics and probability”,“comprehensive and practice”four the field and materials presented in the form,it shows that the two textbooks are common in many aspects, but also have their own characteristics. Thus, although the personnel training is associated with education especially basic education, and the textbook also has important reference value, but the differences of “Question of Qianxuesen”in ourcountry and The Nobel “blowout”phenomenon in Japan are not only find the answers from the comparison of textbooks, and only selecting representative teaching materials and Lin Museum materials between the two countries,it cannot guarantee the full.Since this study is only about the initial stage of the comparative study of textbooks,we should adopt a positive attitude to pursue more research in other fields of teaching materials.
