Research On The Innovation Path Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Student Cadres

College student cadres are the elites in all college students group,it is an important part of the college personnel structure,they are important work organizers,executors,administrators of colleges and universities in the daily teaching and life,they are important connected media for school,teachers and students,and play an irreplaceable important role in Institutions of higher learning.In universities,students cadres can not only play an exemplary and leading role in the students,but also their quality and ability can objectively reflect the education level,academic atmosphere and school atmosphere,and after graduation the student cadres often play a more important role in society,therefore,the ideological and political education for colleges and universities student cadres need to innovate continuously to meet the colleges’ sustainable development and different types of talent demands which was brought by social progress.This paper starts with the interpretation of college student cadres and the connotation of college student cadres’ ideological and political education,expounds the contents and characteristics of college students cadres’ ideological and political education,and refines the contemporary achievements on college student cadres’ ideological and political education in China,reveal the existing problems in the college student cadres’ ideological and political education respectively from the content on student cadres’ ideological and political education,several methods of ideological and political education,ways of student cadres selection and the quality of ideological and political educators.And then combining the current environment of Chinese higher education to make a profound analysis on the causes of these problems,mainly causes are the constraint of ideological and political course textbooks contents,depending on the teaching method of class force-feeding,student cadres selection mechanism is not perfect,the educators have no excellent qualification.At the end,researching and innovate the path for college students cadres’ ideological and political education,mainly put forward the innovative thinking from four aspects: rich the contents of student cadres’ ideological and political education,innovate the methods of student cadres’ ideological and political education,establish and perfect the training mechanism for student cadres and create ideological and political educators with high-quality.So we could do more targeted.
