Research On The Cultivation Of Leadership Of College Student Cadres From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

College cadres are a relatively outstanding and active group of college students.They are effective assistants for teachers' daily management and an indispensable and important force in colleges and universities.Cultivating and improving the leadership of college student cadres is an important way to comprehensively carry out college students 'quality education,enhance college students' employability,and cultivate international talents.With the continuous development of society and economy,the role and status of leadership in personnel training have become increasingly prominent.Especially in the rapidly developing society today,it is not only necessary to excel in professional skills,but also to have global adaptability Compound leadership talents for transformation.The cultivation of university student cadre leadership is an indispensable educational link for the development of university student cadres in the new era.It plays a vital role in adapting to the changes in globalization,building a harmonious campus,and future career development.Therefore,the research on the leadership of college student cadres has become an important proposition of ideological and political education research in colleges and universities,which aims to train them to become qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism.This article insists on taking Marxism as a scientific guide,and uses Marxist positions,viewpoints,and methods to study the cultivation of leadership of college students.To understand the problems existing in the leadership of college student cadres,and analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward practical countermeasures for cultivating college student cadres into practical leaders.The thesis is mainly divided into the following four parts:Chapter One Introduction.It mainly discusses the purpose and significance of the research,comprehensively analyzes the current research status at home and abroad,and draws on the research results of predecessors to determine the research method of this paper and proposes the innovation of this paper.Chapter two summarizes the relevant theories of college student cadre leadership.It mainly defines the leadership of college student cadres,and elaborates the theoretical basis of the research on the cultivation of college student cadres' leadership,"Marx's Theory of All-round Development of People",and "Xi Jinping's Exposition of Youth Responsibility."The third chapter analyzes the problems and reasons of college student cadre leadership.Through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews,the current problems of the leadership of college cadres are mainly the weak ideological leadership of college cadres,the insufficient demonstration of behavior,the weak organization and coordination,and the lack of cooperation and tolerance,and the reasons are analyzed.Not strong,undergraduate cadres' inaccurate positioning of their roles,the negative influence of western thoughts on undergraduate cadres,and insufficient training of undergraduate cadres by counselors.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures for the cultivation of leadership of college student cadres.Targeted countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses,improving college students 'cadres' awareness of their roles,strengthening mainstream ideology,and strengthening the training of counselors 'leadership of college students' cadres.
