College Student Leaders In The Harmonious Sight Ideological And Political Education Research,

Harmony is an ancient philosophy in the east and west. Marx once said that the pursuit of harmonious beauty was a human instinct. The efficient administration and social harmony are also the Chinese people's wish. In the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth, the Communist Party of China put forward clearly the concept of Harmonious Society, to build a harmonious society as an important task of socialist construction and goals. College students are very precious human resources ,the hope of the nation and the future of our motherland. College student cadres who undertake an important mission in the construction and the development of the universities are a group of comparatively excellent ones and the advanced elements of college students. Under the current goal of building a harmonious society, to put the ideological and political education of the college student cadres and to analyze thought and action of college student cadres in a harmonious sight is of far-reaching significance for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of the college student cadres.This paper is based on such a kind of thinking, in reference himself on the basis of results, with Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism theory as the guide, the relationship between constructing the harmonious society and the ideological and political education of the college student cadres as the breakthrough point, to analyze thought and action of student cadres comprehensively and the ideological reasons for disharmony, to put forward the policies and measures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the college student cadres. There are four parts in the full-text.The first part is the introduction. This part mainly expounds the topic of the cause. The research about the ideological and political education of the college student cadres is reviewed. Then the purpose of this research, the thinking and the method are expounded.The second part is about constructing harmonious society and the ideological and political education of the college student cadres. In this part, the ancient and modern thought of harmony is discussed. Marxist concept of harmony and the Communist Party of China on constructing the harmonious social cognition are analyzed. The concept of the ideological and political education of the college student cadres is defined. Finally the inner link between constructing the harmonious society and the ideological and political education of the college student cadres is expounded,for the further studies providing basic theory and material.The third part is an analysis of the current thoughts and behavior of the college student cadres. The main reason producing inharmonious thoughts and behavior are discussed from the harmonious viewpoint. An important basis is provided for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of the college student cadres. The fourth part is an analysis of the countermeasures of the ideological and political education of student cadres in harmonious horizon. The paper is studied from the principles, the methods, the contents, the environment and the mechanisms. The effective measures and countermeasures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of student cadres are put forward.
