Our country will achieve the educational modernization in 2020 year.However,the short board is in the rural area.As we all know,teacher is very important for the rural education's development.There is no doubt that the elementary education specialty's establishment trained a lot of talents and promoted primary teacher's quality.But we still can't neglect the urban-rural disparity.In order to go to city,most graduates would like to take more effort.Furthermore,compared with the rural area,the urban elementary school has the advantage in quantity and quality.Therefore,in the context of this reality,we should pay close attention on how to effectively stimulate the primary educational students go to rural area.Obviously,we need to know their aspiration of going to the rural area and consider the influencing factor.Therefore,the paper will reveal their working intention and explore the possible affecting factor according to the empirical data.The paper adopted questionnaire survey and interviewing method to conduct the empirical study of primary educational undergraduate's aspiration towards working in rural area.The respondents come from H school's elementary education specialty class 14 and class 15.We believe that they have certain understanding of their major.First,taking back the questionnaire,then organizing the information,and using the software spss19.0 to deal with the data of the questionnaire.Finally,according to the result,get the potential influencing factor.Of course,we using the random interview at the same time,in this way,we can have a better understanding of their attitude towards it.Basis on the influencing factors,we give them the suggestion of policy level,college level,public opinion and personal factor to enhance the attraction of rural school.First,it has occupational guidance for the primary educational students.on one hand,making them know that it will be a good choice working in rural area.With the employment pressure increasing at the moment.on the other hand,they can feel the importance of themselves with Countryside elementary school which will be good for their development in the future.meanwhile,with the rapid development of china's economy,the conditions of running schools will Get more and more better.Secondly,for the university they should combine the practical situation to think about their training objective.Thirdly,for the countryside elementary school,The introduction of the high-quality personnel not only promote the level of teacher,but also do good to the long-term development of school.Finally,it will be a powerful basis for relevant department to put on a policy that holder for rural education.in the future,more and more primary educational undergraduates go to rural area to promote education equity and achieve the modernization of education.
