| Compared with non rural students of normal school students, rural students in normal students born in the countryside, longer than the countryside, more familiar with the rural environment, in the countryside interpersonal communication more convenient, on rural emotional deeper; and teachers college compared, the normal university students professional knowledge relatively more solid, the teaching quality is relative higher. To guide the promotion of rural students undergraduate normal students return to coaching. On the one hand can ease the pressure on urban employment, and promote the sustainable development of rural education. On the other hand can also ease employment pressure of rural students in normal university students. How to better guide the rural students undergraduate normal students return to coaching has become a widespread concern in the community and in need of solution A hot issue.This study empirically based, through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method, summarizes the employment intention of rural students in normal university students, to further explore the rural students undergraduate normal students return home teaching status and influencing factors of willingness.
