In this paper,junior physics classroom teaching video from novice and expert teachers were studied.Through the comparative study of novice and expert teachers' teaching design and teaching behavior,discovery and summarizes their differences,achieve to provide valuable Suggestions for the growth of the novice teachers development,at the same time provides referential ideas for the analysis of physics classroom teaching evaluation.The content of this paper is described in five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and the method and the paper structure.The second chapter mainly elaborates the theoretical and core concepts related to the research of the thesis.The third chapter introduces the classroom video analysis system and the analysis process.The fourth chapter is about the practical research process and the result analysis of the physics classroom video analysis.The main analysis of the difference between the novice teacher and the expert teacher in the classroom teaching behavior and classroom teaching design;the fifth chapter summarizes the whole study,and prospects for the follow-up study.Through the analysis,the conclusions are as follows:In physics classroom teaching,the expert teachers can carry out many levels of deep classroom teaching,from teaching design,teaching ideas,teaching skills,teaching cognition.The novice teacher's physical classroom teaching behavior is often more simple,and lack of flexibility,they can only finish the teaching superficially.This paper analyzes the causes of the shortage of novice teachers in the classroom and puts forward some suggestions to promote the growth of novice teachers.
