The classroom is always the carrier of the teaching process and an important platform for educational theory to move towards practice.The effective,scientific and objective analysis and evaluation of classroom teaching behavior is of great significance for improving teachers' teaching level,students' academic performance and classroom teaching effect.The modern classroom environment is complex and changeable,and educational researchers and front-line teachers are constantly deepening their classroom analysis.How to design and realize a practical classroom teaching analysis system that integrates multiple analysis methods is the main research content of this paper.Based on the Analysis of existing Classroom Analysis software,this paper designed and developed a Classroom Teaching Analysis System(CTAS).CTAS realizes the combination of open evaluation framework and built-in evaluation system for classroom video analysis,and provides FIAS,ITIAS and user-defined classroom video analysis,as well as data-driven classroom behavior analysis and individual behavior analysis schemes.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,it investigated the analysis needs of education researchers and front-line teachers,explored the importance of classroom behavior analysis and the necessity of implementing classroom teaching analysis tools,analyzed the existing classroom teaching analysis tools,and designed a classroom teaching analysis tool CTAS based on this.Secondly,based on the summary of classroom teaching analysis methods,a systematic classroom teaching analysis scheme is formulated,including classroom video analysis,data-driven classroom behavior analysis and individual classroom staff behavior analysis scheme.Again,combined with the actual classroom application scenario,based on the analysis of three kinds of classroom teaching plan of the specific requirements,functional design of CTAS,the system is divided into coding system management module,classroom observation analysis module,class personnel identification module,based on the data driven classroom behavior analysis module,this paper expounds the key technology,and has carried on the function and performance test.Finally,combining with the real classroom teaching environment,this paper analyzes the complete teaching process of a primary school Chinese classroom using three schemes in CTAS,and concludes that the classroom is dominated by teachers' teaching and teachers'strong application ability of teaching tools.CTAS has been used in the postgraduate course "classroom teaching behavior observation and diagnosis" in our school to cultivate the ability of normal university students to conduct quantitative analysis of classroom behavior.Teachers and students feedback CTAS to provide them with practical classroom teaching analysis tools.
