The Current Situation Survey And Development Countermeasures Research Of Beijing Civil Wushu Society Organizations

Market economy, political democratization, the Government's small size, diversity in society, are calling for new forms of social organization and social governance mechanisms. Associations in our society have gradually become a major management organization of public affairs. Wushu is the Chinese nation's outstanding cultural heritage, from ancient times to now, the martial arts community organizations the civil masses is initiative to set up for the development of martial arts has played an irreplaceable role. Beijing Wushu civil society organizations across the country is the most historically rich and diverse, and played the demonstration and catalytic role for the development of Chinese martial arts. Civil society organizations as an important mode of transmission of martial arts, so that in the development process to constantly improve their system will play a key role for the future development of the martial arts boxing, looking to our modern society organizations in the development trend.By applying literature, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews and other research methods, this paper discussed the development and the role of the civil Wushu society organizations in the Republic period and prior to the Republic period, and the role Biaoju played in the development of Beijing Wushu, and the development and the role of Beijing Wushu civil society organizations after the founding of New China. And this paper conducted a survey and study of the status quo of Beijing Wushu Civil society organizations, and had a more in-depth analysis in the cause of the development of Beijing Wushu civil society organizations. Investigation reached the following conclusions:1. The vast majority of office space of Beijing Wushu civil society organizations is at home, and this reflected the lack of funds.2. Beijing Wushu civil society organizations needed to improve the operation and management, mainly as follows:(1) human resource management of civil Wushu society organizations is the obstacle of pioneering for the development of organizations; (2) internal management decision-making remains to be take into account the degree of democracy, department seted up imperfectly, and the role of the internal management system is not obvious; (3) public relations management is not in place, and the lack of communication with the public; (4) subscriptions are the single revenue stream that depent mainly on contributions to carry out maintenance of activities, while financial management is very unsound and lack of supervision.3. Beijing Wushu civil society organizations mainly organized to participate in academic discussions and martial arts activities. Host or contractor's individual boxing martial arts competition is less, only a few boxing research will be able to help Beijing Wushu Association individual boxing martial arts competition.4. Three main reasons currently affecting the development of civil Wushu society organizations are the lack of funds for activities, the lack of specific staff members, and insufficient attention payed by physical education department.To the existing problems, this paper brought on the direction of development from the angle of setting up the economic entities,learning enterprise management philosophy, and conducting the implementation of entrepreneurial mode of operation. And this paper carried out relevant measures from its role and introduce complementary policies, improving the laws and regulations, improving internal organizational structure and management mechanism, improving information technology management, clearing the external supervision and management mechanism, broadening the financing channels, and the introduction of innovative talents mechanisms, in order to promote the development of civil Wushu society organizations.
