| In order to strengthen the operation and management ability of sports stadiums,and promote the development of the national fitness,the state has promulgated a series of policy documents for the development of sports undertakings.College sports facilities is an important material guarantee for the development of College Physical Education and physical health of students.The full opening operation and management of the university sports stadiums,which provides a good condition for the public fitness training,puts forward higher requirements for the management level of colleges and universities.The university Stadium,on the one hand has to meet the needs of normal school teachers and students teaching and training,on the other hand has to provide facilities for the sports fitness of social members.How to effectively operate and manage the stadiums,increase the operating income of the venues,and improve the management efficiency of the venues is worth to considering.Based on the operation and management of colleges and universities in Hubei province stadium as the research object,using the method of literature,field surveys,expert interviews and empirical analysis.Not only to understand the current situation of the operation of sports stadiums in Colleges and universities in Hubei Province,but also to sort out the relevant management rules and regulations.Empirical analysis of the actual operation and management of sports venues in Wuhan University of Technology,have SWOT analysis for the development of the school sports venues,proposed the optimization measures of the school sports development and construction.Research conclusions of this paper:The first is Hubei Province college sports venues management exist a variety of forms,mainly in the school sports department and logistics department management,entrusted management form gradually increased;operation and management level in gradually increase,specialization of the personnel in improving.At present,in Hubei Province University Stadium operation management,related to the lack of venues management system,in view of the venue operation mode,the management form of the specific work is less.The second is College Stadiums in the operation and management and the rational allocation of resources problems,in operation in the process of opening up,school teachers and students in some physical activity time and space affectedis difficult to guarantee the school teachers’ and students’ physical exercise condition.Third,Wuhan University of technology diversification in the operation and management mode,government school cooperation,school enterprise cooperation,entrusted with the operation,the school self and other forms for the development of school sports stadium brought multipl e opportunities.The school venues and high utilization rate,operational efficiency increased gradually.Suggestions for the development of Hubei university sports stadiums: First,to establishment of the management center of sports facilities,the university stadiums for unified management,improve operational and management efficiency.Second,to establishment o f strict management system of sports facilities,standardize the operation process of the school sports venues,the development of detailed management regulations.Third,to encourage the implementation of the management mode of college sports venues,focusing on the traditional management mode of sports departments to ensure that the School teachers and students to studying,exercise needs,strengthen the development and utilization of venues,improve the utilization rate of venues and social and economic benefits.Fourth,to enhance the quality of public service stadium,the use of market-oriented operations management tools for the development of the national fitness. |
