| Sports venues play an important role in the development of sports in China.They are an important position for carrying out mass sports activities and building spiritual civilization.They are also the guarantee for the development of competitive sports and the development of sports industry.Sports venues play an important role in responding to urban social and economic development and progress.The supply level of sports venues also reflects urban civilization and development.With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s material living standards continue to improve,paying more attention to their own healthy consumption,the demand for sports is growing,and sports venues have become a must for urban development.However,stadiums have huge investment and economy.The benefits are not high.How to ensure the maximum social and economic benefits of stadium assets is a worldwide problem.This paper takes the current situation of sports management in Yichun Sports Center as the research object,conducts on-the-spot investigations on the venues in Yichun area and the sports center of Xinyu City,finds out the differences,analyzes the problems existing in the sports center of Yichun City,and makes a scientific summary of the stadiums.Formulate relevant strategies,put forward corresponding solutions to problems,provide a certain reference for the development of sports industry in third-and fourth-tier cities,and make Yichun Sports Center become a sports industry gathering place in western Yunnan and even in Jiangxi.The survey targets Yichun Sports Center staff,venue members,leisure citizens and related stadium managers.They use literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaires,field surveys,andcomparative analysis methods to analyze venue facilities resources.On the basis of the status quo,the national fitness situation,the current management status,and the business model,the company has investigated the business status,environment,supporting facilities,staffing,operating income,management,and fitness member satisfaction.Concluded as follow:(1)Yichun Sports Center has a large number of employees,and most of them have rich experience in hosting large-scale competitions and sports activities.However,the sports center did not change its staff for a long time,and the reward mechanism was not perfect.The employees in the work were step by step,lacking innovation and enthusiasm.(2)The income of Yichun Sports Center is increasing year by year.The income methods are mainly house leasing,subsidy income,operating income,and other income,of which house leasing accounts for the highest proportion of total income.(3)The main business model of Yichun Sports Center is contracted operation,independent operation and cooperative operation.From the perspective of the operation of various venues in the sports center,different business models have different effects.The business model of contracted leasing has low economic returns and low social benefits,and the economic and social benefits generated by cooperative operations are high.(4)The sports programs operated by Yichun Sports Center are popular badminton,tennis,gas volleyball,basketball,table tennis(training),football,swimming,7 projects,resulting in insufficient sports,insufficient utilization of sports venues,and insufficient sports diversity. |
