Since the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy in China,the economy continues to maintain rapid growth,and the level of economic construction and application of science and technology has been rapidly improved and improved.The social division of labor is more refined and specialized,for workers occupation ability requirements are also getting higher and higher.Promulgated by the state "Some opinions on improving the teaching quality of higher occupation education"([2006]16)and "On the strengthening of youth sports to enhance the physical fitness of opinion"([2007]7).Clear the direction of running higher vocational colleges and personnel training purposes,the physical and mental quality of college students and sports ability put forward goals,physical education curriculum reform put forward specific requirements.Higher vocational colleges must be in the forefront of the new era.In order to adapt to the rapid development of society,more qualified talents with advanced skills should be trained.The quasi professionals who are going to enter the society have enough energy and physical strength to face the competition and pressure of production and service.Quickly adapt to work requirements,realize self value,create wealth for the society.According to the "people-oriented" concept,cultivate students' core competence based on occupation,taking Qingdao Technical College mechanical and electrical,tourism,accounting,representative of the three group students' physical needs professional occupation as an example,according to the universal sports teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges from the status quo,combined with local students' employment orientation,and occupation type to be engaged in the combination of practice and professional group characteristics of the sports teaching mode menu.From the three aspects of teaching content,implementation methods and effect verification,this paper aims to implement the teaching mode of curriculum package in accordance with the characteristics of physical education for different groups of professional groups.And by using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,comparative experiments,analysis of how to construct the core competence of Higher Vocational College Students' occupation training in the process of building a more suitable for students to welcome the curriculum model.This paper studies the following six aspects:(1)physical needs of occupation constitution types;(2)the project of Public Physical Education in higher vocational groupclassification;(3)to students' needs of the construction of physical education curriculum in Higher Vocational menu package;(4)the establishment of students' personal occupation physical development of archives,construction of health feedback mechanism;(5)Construction of vocational physical fitness training package,improve the effectiveness of physical education;(6)training echelon,establish a mechanism to enhance the basic teaching ability of physical education teachers.The results show that: through the establishment of scientific teaching methods and means of teaching,enhance students' physical quality,sports participation,improve the occupation physical quality and sports cognition;the implementation of the menu program curriculum package,improve the enthusiasm of physical education teachers,physical education teachers play a greater role in the construction of higher vocational colleges occupation;physical health teaching mode for higher vocational colleges to occupation core competence as the teaching reform of physical education should provide a practical basis.
