| Sports behavior refers to the physical activities that are conducive to the promotion of physical health that are manifested by the interaction between the internal motivation of people and the external environment.It is a relatively broad concept that all behavioral activities that are related to sports are called sporting behaviors.These activities include the main manifestation of sporting behaviors—exercises,as well as the organization,management,publicity,and scientific research of sports.,teaching,consumption,viewing and other aspects of the activities.College students’ sports behavior is a dynamic behavioral process,which includes the students’ individual cognitive activities and the acquired knowledge and skills,forming learning,participation methods and habits,reflecting learning,participation in the will and emotions.It can be said that the student’s sports behavior is the process of occurrence and development of a series of learning and participation behaviors,which includes all behavioral activities from the motivation to the achievement of the learning objectives.It is influenced by the students’ individual psychological characteristics and the external environment.Using literature methods,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and psychometric tools,a sample survey was conducted on two non-sports majors from 985 colleges and 211 colleges and three colleges and universities to investigate the status quo of college students’ sports behavior;The correlation between behavioral and physical learning interests,emotions,will,and temperament are four psychological indicators.Through reviewing the data,it is found that scholars at home and abroad have studied a lot of sports behaviors of college students,but there are few researches on the psychological behavior of college students from the perspective of psychology,and most of them are static analysis;since entering the 21 st century,they have been accompanied by human material life.With the improvement of the level,people’s demand for health is also getting higher and higher.Good sports behavior contributes to the health of human beings.This is everyone’s broad consensus.Therefore,it describes and reveals the background,status quo and existing problems of college students’ sports behaviors,proposes corresponding solutions,and explores the correlation between college students’ sports behavior and some indicators of psychology,and has important practical significance for cultivating college students’ correct sports behavior.It provides a theoretical reference for the improvement of college students’ athletic performance,physical fitness,physical and mental health,and the cultivation of their correct sports important factors that affect college students’ sports behavior,and play an important role in the cultivation and development of college students’ sports behavior.6.The main factors that maintain the sports behavior of college students are the development of physical education classes,sports interest and sports atmosphere make a suggestion:1)Vigorously publicize the role of sports behavior and carry out various sports cultural festivals;2)Put one day of physical exercise into practice and regularly measure the students’ physique andhealth;3)Change the gender concept,because of "gender" teaching;4)Implement graded management for grade differences;5)A deep understanding of the relationship between sports behavior and the realization of sports purposes,and timely psychological counseling;6)Grasp the "health first" guiding ideology and pay attention to the guidance of sports interest;7)Pay attention to developing good will quality;8)Practically grasp emotional
