Teachers in colleges and universities are high quality talents in the elite class,and the team of teachers in colleges and universities is the guarantee for the survival and development of colleges and universities as well as the most valuable human resources in the whole society.Teachers also play an important role in school management.However,a survey on teacher silence has shown that teachers,who should have a strong voice in school management,are often in a state of silence.The absence of teachers'opinions in school management decision-making is the most direct manifestation of teachers'silence.In course teaching,school regulations design,easy to ignore in title appraisal management decisions such as teacher recommendations,teachers can't timely or no channels,convey their opinions and Suggestions for teaching and school management,for a long time in such a state,the enthusiasm of teachers will be gradually fade,finally only simple,mechanically follow the instructions of the school,orders.This will also make the teachers lose the sense of belonging to the school,the self-value identity will be biased,and even affect the physical and mental health of teachers.Therefore,an important issue in the study of voice behavior of college teachers is how to stimulate and improve the enthusiasm of voice behavior.Through literature analysis,this paper finds that the existing literature has been relatively mature in the study of employee voice behavior,and has deeply studied the structural dimensions,influencing factors,functions and other aspects of employee voice behavior.However,there is still a lack of research on the influence mechanism of college teachers' psychological contract on voice behavior.On this basis,this paper draws on the previous scholars' research on voice behavior and explores the mechanism of college teachers' psychological contract on voice behavior through the investigation of college teachers.This paper summarizes the research results of previous scholars,and on this basis,constructs the research model of this paper,and then puts forward relevant hypotheses.Through the questionnaire survey of college teachers,the research data of this paper is obtained.After the reliability,validity,difference,correlation and regression analysis of the data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The scale adopted in this paper has good reliability and validity for the study of college teachers' psychological contract and voice behavior.2.There are significant differences in the demographic variables of college teachers'psychological contract and voice behavior,such as gender,age,educational background,professional title,whether they hold administrative posts or not,and length of service.3.The degree of college teachers' psychological contract performance and voice behavior is at a medium level,with a large room for improvement.4,There is a significant positive correlation between college teachers' psychological contract and voice behavior.5.College teachers' psychological contract plays a positive role in predicting voice behavior.This paper supplements the content of the psychological contract and voice behavior of university teachers,which are rarely studied in China,and has certain reference value for the research on the psychological contract and voice behavior of university teachers.According to the results of empirical research,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions on how to improve the level of college teachers'psychological contract and promote their voice behavior,hoping to help colleges and universities to establish effective mechanisms,improve the level of college teachers' psychological contract and promote the occurrence of college teachers' voice behavior.
