In the context of national fitness,wearable smart devices and sports APP have become an inseparable part of people’s exercise,sports APP realizes the visual sharing function of sports data,and the use of sports APP punch card exercise is welcomed and loved by people.Sports APP has brought influence on people’s daily exercise,and has also attracted the attention of the majority of college students.With the deepening of such influences,colleges and universities have gradually begun to integrate such information technology with physical education to improve the physical health of college students.Based on this,this paper takes college students as the research object,mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to investigate and study the current situation of college students’ willingness to use sports APP and sports behavior,study and analyze the relationship between students’ sports APP use willingness and sports behavior after using sports APP,and verify the hypothesis that the use of sports APP can predict sports behavior.The findings of the study are as follows:(1)The overall level of college students’ willingness to use sports APPS is high,the continuous use of willingness dimensions are the highest,and the perceived service quality dimensions are worth the lowest;On the usage intention scale,there are significant differences in the quality of perceived services in gender,with men higher than women.There are significant differences in the type of profession in the type of use,and there are significant differences in the dimensions of perceived usefulness,perceived quality of service,confirmation of expectations,satisfaction,and willingness to continue to use.There are no significant differences in willingness to use grades.(2)In terms of implicit sports behavior,college students have the strongest motivation for physical exercise and the weakest institutional motivation;In the exercise motivation scale,there were significant differences in sex between fun motivation,ability motivation,and appearance motivation,and men were higher than women.There were significant differences in the type of specialty in the ability motivation of exercise motivation,which was manifested as the highest score of students in the literature and history category;There are no significant differences in exercise motivation at the grade level.The overall level of physical exercise attitude of college students is high;There are significant gender differences in physical exercise attitudes,with boys scoring higher than women;There are no significant differences in physical exercise attitudes in grade and major.The sports values of college students are generally at an upper-middle level,and the scores in all dimensions are higher;There are significant differences in sports values in gender,and men are higher than women in the dimensions of physical health,leisure and recreation,education,mental health,and interpersonal value;There are no significant differences in sports values in grade or major.(3)In terms of explicit sports behavior,the exercise intensity of college students is mainly based on middle and upper intensity,followed by small intensity,and the number of people who choose no intensity is the smallest;The frequency of exercise is mainly 3-5 times a week,followed by 1-2 times a week,and the number of people who do not have more than 1 time a month is the least;The duration of exercise is mainly distributed in three time periods: 15-30 minutes,31-45 minutes,and 46-60 minutes.There are significant differences in exercise intensity between sexes,which are manifested by male scores higher than women,no significant differences in exercise duration and frequency of exercise in gender,significant differences in exercise duration in grades,no significant differences in exercise frequency and exercise intensity in grades,and no significant differences in exercise duration,exercise frequency,and exercise duration in professional types;The type of exercise of college students is mainly aerobic exercise,followed by anaerobic exercise;The organizational form of exercise is mainly based on individuals,and the time to participate in physical exercise is mainly in the evening and afternoon;There are no significant differences in the type of exercise exercise,the way the exercise is organized,and the time spent participating in physical activity in terms of gender,grade level,or professional type.(4)Through the correlation analysis of the willingness to use the sports APP and the sports behavior,it is found that in terms of implicit sports behavior,there is a positive correlation between the willingness to use the sports APP and the fun motivation,ability motivation,appearance motivation,health motivation,social motivation and obedience motivation in the dimension of physical exercise motivation,and there is a negative correlation between the willingness to use the sports APP and the institutional motivation in the physical exercise motivation dimension;There is a significant positive correlation between the willingness to use sports APP and the exercise attitude and sports values;In terms of explicit physical behavior,there is a significant positive correlation between the willingness to use and the length of exercise,frequency of exercise,and intensity of exercise,and there is no correlation with the type of exercise,the organization of exercise,and the time of participation in physical exercise.(5)Through the regression analysis of college students’ sports APP use intention and sports behavior,it is found that the use of willingness can positively predict sports behavior.Use willingness to positively predict the sports values of college students;Perceived usefulness,perceived quality of service expectations,and willingness to continue to use can positively predict physical exercise motivation and physical exercise attitudes;Perceived usefulness,satisfaction,and willingness to continue using can positively predict exercise duration;Perceived usefulness and willingness to continue to use can positively predict exercise frequency and intensity.According to the results of the study,it is concluded that there is a correlation between the willingness to use the sports APP of college students and the dominant sports behavior(exercise frequency,exercise intensity,exercise duration)and the invisible sports behavior(physical exercise motivation,physical exercise attitude,sports values),and the willingness to use the sports APP can positively predict the exercise frequency,exercise intensity,exercise duration and physical exercise motivation,physical exercise attitude and sports values in the invisible sports behavior.The willingness to use sports apps can have a positive impact on the sports behavior of college students.
