Ice-snow sports is a kind of sports full of natural charm in winter.Under the background of the successful bidding for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, more and more people are participating in the embrace of ice-snow sports.Primary and secondary school students are the future of the nation's hope for the nation.More elementary and middle school students can participate in the ice and snow sports and lay the foundation for the realization of excellent reserve talents for the country's ice and snow sports power reserve. At the same time,it is also conducive to the development of physical fitness of primary school students, especially for the development of balance ability. This article focuses on the influence of snow and ice on the balance ability of primary school pupils in grades 5-6,and uses literature, test, mathematical statistics, and comparative analysis methods to regularly participate in the snow and ice of elementary school pupils in Grade 5-6 of Haidian District Primary School.Sports students(20 participants)were observed for 12 weeks, and 2 tests were performed before and after observation.Comparison of the static and dynamic balance test results between the training group participating in the snow sports training and the control group students who did not participate in the snow sports training, explored the influence of the snow and ice sports on the balance ability of primary school pupils of grades 5-6,and studied the pupils of grades 5-6.Balanced development characteristics. To promote the development of its balance ability and the promotion of ice and snow sports into the campus to provide a theoretical reference. The analysis of the test results before and after training yields the following conclusions:1.After a period of 3 months of observation and testing,it was found that the impact of ice and snow on primary school students' static balance was greater under the condition of closed eyes and single feet, with significant differences. There was no significant difference in the state of standing on one foot while blinking. When standing with your eyes closed, there is little difference.2.The snow and ice movement had a significant effect on the dynamic balance ability of primary school pupils in grades 5-6.After training, each index of the dynamic balance ability of the training group showed a significant growth trend.Due to the technical characteristics of the snow and ice movement alternately sliding forward and left in a single-support balanced state, the indexes of the YBT dynamic balance indicator for primary school students are significantly different in the forward, backward, inner and rear directions when the left and right feet are single-supported.improve.Ice-snow sports help to develop the lower limbs' strength, flexibility, and sensitivity and coordination ability of primary school students, which is conducive to the balanced development of the balance between left and right limbs.3.In the comparison of indicators that are closed in place, the post-training data also have significant changes, with a significant upward trend. This shows that the training of ice and snow sports has improved the neuromuscular system's ability to control the body and the proprioceptive ability of the pupils,so that they can have better motion perception without visual disturbance.
