Deaf people is a part of the human family, have equal rights with the ordinary people, but the body cause birth defects or the next day,the deaf people in terms of body, less healthy people, deaf people in the age of students in special education, because of body reason, cause the balance ability is weak,at the same time also lead to depression in school, depression.Balance Pad Training is the function training under the unstable condition.During the drill, exercisers stimulate small and deep muscle group, improve the ability of coordination and controlling the core muscle group of the extremities to maintain body balance.make the exercisers can effectively stimulate the small muscles and improve the core muscles and improve balance ability, for is in the midst of the growth period of deaf students, balance to their physical and mental development and physical quality, innovative thinking is very important. The method of literature, method of expert interview, method of observation, method of educational experiment and the method of mathematical statistics were used during the research to investigate the binaural hearing sensitivity of 30 students with hearing impairment.12-week analytical tests were conducted based on parental informed. The control group(only regular exercise and health classes for hearing impaired students)and the experimental group(Only attending balance pad training for hearing impaired students)have tested the ability of static balance(Herringbone step test,Stork stand test)and dynamic balance(Closed cycles test,Function reach test)as well as the function of epencephalon(Vertical-X book test,Rotation-walk test). The data were processed by independent sample testing post-test.Therefore,this paper discusses the influence of balance board on the balance ability of students with hearing disabilities. In view of this,to explore the characteristics of balance ability development of deaf and dumb students and to compensate their defects,to provide theoretical basis for promoting the deaf-mutes’ ability and psychological state thus to diversify, practicalize and scientize the physical education courses for deaf-mutes.The experts have approved all the training plans and test indicators used in the experiments. The pre-test results and post-test results were analyzed, and the results are as follows.1.In the ability test of static balance, there were obvious differences between the balance pad training intervention and the control group, and so were changes in the static ability test before and after the balance pad training.2.In the ability test of dynamic balance, there were distinct differences in the results of Closed cycles test and Function reach test.Comparing with the control group, the experimental group had much better training effect before and after the function.Extended testing makes a big difference.3.In the function test of the epencephalon, there were significant differences between the two groups in Rotation-walk test and Vertical-X book test4.After testing the psychological state,it seemed that the increase of positive attitude and the decrease of negative attitude were evident. Therefore, balance pad training has significant influence in improving the deaf-mutes’ attitude. Finally, the conclusion that the Balance Pad Training can both improve the balance ability of the deaf and dumb students and improve their mental state is drawn.Suggestions: In the process of education and training for mute students, timely evaluation and feedback are needed;the means, content and equipments of training need to be diversified;scientific research needs to be strengthen;attention to the training of special teachers should be paid.We should also attach importance to guide the psychological problems of special students.
