Astudy On Employment Of Graduates In Western China Against The Background Of "One Belt And One Road" Initiative

The employment problem of college students has always been the focus of social concern.Promote the employment of western students,not only conducive to the economic development of the western region of economic development and political stability,but also conducive to the country's overall economic development and unity and stability.In this study,the employment problem of western college students is taken as the research content,and it is analyzed under the background of "One Belt and One Road" strategy.Through the literature analysis and qualitative analysis,this thesis explores the employment situation of western college students,opportunity,employment environment,employment concept and employment structure of the four aspects of the "One Belt and One Road" strategy on the employment of western students.We can get the following two conclusions:On the one hand,there are some problems such as the shortage of college students' resources in the western region,the serious outflow of graduates,the serious outflow of graduates,the prominent contradictions in the employment market and the utilitarianism of the employment concept of college students.This is related to the economic opening of the western region degree,geographical location,strategic status and other factors are closely related.It is also for this reason that the " One Belt and One Road" strategy fundamentally affects the western region's economic openness,geographical position,strategic position,will also affect all aspects of western college students employment.On the other hand,in the "One Belt and One Road" strategic plan,10 provinces and autonomous regions and autonomous regions of the western region are included in the planning.Relevant data show that the "One Belt and One Road" strategy has been opened,the western region has greatly increased employment and there is still a lot of room for growth,coupled with strengthening the interconnection of infrastructure construction to promote other industries to increase employmentopportunities and trade efficiency,Led the overall economic development.Not only that,the "One Belt and One Road" strategy will bring more development opportunities and development advantages to the economically underdeveloped western regions,promote the improvement of the economic environment in the western region,make our economic development more balanced and benefit the employment environmental and employmentconcepts.The optimal transformation of economic structure will inevitably lead to the optimization of the industrial structure of all walks of life,so as to promote the diversification of the employment structure of western university students.Based on the above conclusions,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: the government level,strengthen the support,act as the information intermediary;the school level,promote the university education reform,establish the feedback mechanism;social level,broaden the employment way,Level,adjust the employment concept,improve the employability...
