Chemistry experiment is the eye of chemistry and the window of studying chemistry.The development of chemistry is closely related to the experimental research,and the teaching of chemical experiment plays an important role in chemistry in at high school.Chemical experiment plays an irreplaceable role in arousing students' interest in learning,cultivating students' observation ability,stimulating students' sense of innovation and cultivating students' ability to connect theory with practice and cultivating scientific literacy.Especially,the new curriculum reform sets the new module "chemistry experiment",along with the reform,the role and the function of the chemical experiment teaching is highlighted,but the actual chemical experiment teaching still has many shortcomings.This paper through data analysis and field practice,questionnaires,interviewing and other methods is aimed at exploring the high middle school chemical experiment teaching present situation as the teachers and students in eight high school for the research object.This research mainly from the angles of teacher's teaching and students' learning on the investigation of current situation of high school chemistry experiment.The results showed that the main problems existing in the high school chemical experiment teaching are:(1)Incomplete experimental teaching conditions;laboratory equipment;laboratory work ability insufficiency,the low laboratory utilization rate;(2)The old teaching concept;the limited teacher's professional quality;the rigid experimental teaching mode;and the students themselves do not pay enough attention to the chemistry experiment.(3)The pressure of the entrance examination at the college level is very high.On the other aspect,the teacher's teaching task and the student's study task are also heavy;(5)The contents of the experimental project are not rich and interesting,which is not closely related to the actual production and life.(6)The lack of diversified experimental evaluation method has no specific evaluation criteria for experiment teachers at middle school chemistry,and the evaluation of students' ability is mainly based on written tests.In view of the above problems,the present study proposes the followingcountermeasures.To improve the quality of teachers from two aspects: professional competence and teaching concept;In order to improve students' interest in studying chemistry,we should adjust the chemical experiment project,reduce the verification experiment,increase the exploratory experiment,and increase the novelty and interest of the experiment.It promotes the scientific nature,intuitiveness and practicality of the experiment,advocates the verification of experiment miniaturization,carries out the green chemistry idea in the teaching process,and integrates the environmental protection consciousness.The method of evaluation is consistent with the concept of education,which objectively reflects the learning effect of students' chemistry experiment,and further implements the teaching goal of chemistry experiment in the middle school.
