The formation and development of chemistry discipline is closely linked with the experiment, the experimental teaching is an important part of chemical teaching, the experimental teaching play an important role in the chemical teaching, the quality of experimental teaching have an affect on the quality of chemical education. Under the effect of the rates of graduation in the college entrance examination, experimental conditions and teaching time, the students only can operate little experiments. However, demonstrative experiments have a large proportion of Chemical materials in high school; demonstrative experiments are arranged in almost each chapter, even each section. Demonstrative experiments play an important role in teaching the new chemical concepts, principles and material properties etc, It is because of the function that not only makes demonstrative experiments important in the whole experimental teaching, but also makes it become one of the most common ways in experimental teaching. Number of demonstrative experiments has an important role in transferring knowledge, so it is important that research the strategies of experimental teaching. Though, the current textbooks arranged a large number of experimental demonstration, but some experimental demonstration have some problems, such as:Some experimental operation is complex, time-consuming, phenomenon is not obvious, the rate of success is low, Some experimental demonstration in the teaching material is the lack of interest and far away from life,Some experiments in the teaching material is dangerous, Some medicines and equipment is relatively expensive, that is not conducive to students. These deficiencies affect the quality of demonstrative experiments,under the background of Economical era that the innovation is becoming the main Characteristic and the new curriculum reform, this paper is based on the theory and practice of education and teaching, it is to explore the teaching ways of demonstrative experiment and to understand the significance that are brought to cultivate students’ innovative ability. According to the improving principle of the chemical demonstrative experiment in high school,demonstrative experiments that have some shortcomings are improved, in order to improve the effect of demonstrative experiment and cultivate students’innovation ability and practice ability。...
