The Study Of Teacher's Guiding In Kindergarten's Transition Link

The transition link of the kindergarten permeates in the children's life,game and learning.Although the time is fragmentary,short,but the transition link is a day in the kindergarten life is indispensable.Therefore,teachers need to give reasonable and appropriate guidance,grasp the opportunity of education,education in the daily life of young children.This study takes a kindergarten in Anshan as an example,and takes 12 teachers and 6 life teacher as a research object.Research on the guidance of teachers in the transition link.The research mainly uses observation,case analysis,interview and documentation,from the analysis,the kindergarten has two advantages in transition teacher guidance:first of all,teachers play a guiding role as observers and supporters;second,the approach adopted varies from case to case and from person to person.The kindergarten has three shortcomings in transition teacher guidance:first,teachers 'guidance attitudes in the transition link include lack of guidance or high control;second,on the subject of participation,we found that life teacher was negligent;third,the activities directed are single and uninteresting.The factors influencing teachers' guidance in the transitional link are as follows:first,the quality of teachers and life teacher is inadequate,teachers fail to realize that the transition link should foster children's autonomy,life teacher neglect regulations,unclear division of labour between teachers and life teacher;the second is the difference in the speed of development of young children;third,because the kindergarten is too detailed schedule.Accordingly,the following recommendations are made for improving teacher guidance in the transition link:First of all,establish the correct education idea;Second,a rational division of labour between teachers and life teacher;Third,organize rich event in the transition link;Finally,the transition time should be rationalized.
