As the "hub" of every link of one-day activities,the transition link is the post station in kindergarten’s one-day life,which plays the role of transition and connection.In the transition process,appropriate organizational strategies are used to make the transition natural,flexible and compact,maximize the educational value of the transition process itself,and better promote the overall and harmonious development of children’s body and mind.If children can get high-quality organization in the transitional link of kindergarten,it is the basic guarantee for their emotions to get attention.This research adopts the method of combination of quantitative research and qualitative research.The research starts from the research questions:Research on the optimization strategy of the transition link in the kindergarten’s one-day life;research methods: literature research,observation,interview and measurement as the main research methods;research plan: the researcher enters the kindergarten class as a non participatory observation Through observation and recording,the paper analyzes the current situation of kindergarten transition,selects a class of kindergarten as the research object of case practice,and optimizes the transition strategy in the case.The strategy in this study refers to the content and materials provided by the author to teachers’ organizations.In this case practice,activities(composed of purpose,motivation and action,with a complete structural system)are organized and presented in the transitional links.Finally,it summarizes the optimization strategy of the transition in kindergarten’s one-day life,the implementation of the research program and the completion of the thesis.This study found that the one-day activities in the park are arranged too carefully,ignoring the planning of the transition link;the collective participation in the transition link is high,ignoring the interaction with children;the awareness of transition prediction is shallow,ignoring the diversity of organizational content and form;children’s idle behavior is too high,ignoring the cultivation of children’s life self-care ability;between the quality of the transition link and the interaction between teachers and children Problems that are not significant.And the researchers analyze these problems,we can see that there are too many transition links,lack of planning;pay attention to the collective,ignore the group,individual and children’s emotions;lack of awareness of prediction in the transition link,single organizational strategy;weak awareness of education in the transition link,so the above problems appear.Optimize the transition strategy in case practice.Finally,this study puts forward the following suggestions: first,to create a warm transition atmosphere,second,to permeate education in the transition process,and then to use strategies flexibly,and finally to encourage children’s independent management,so that the transition process is natural and orderly.
