In October 2020,the party central committee and the State Council issued the deepening the reform of new times education evaluation of the overall plan,points out that education evaluation is a matter of education development direction,requires in-depth implementation of Xi Jinping,general secretary of the importance of education and national education conference spirit,perfect the mechanism of system of khalid ents,reverse the unscientific education evaluation guidance.Regional activity evaluation is the foundation of teachers on children’s game and observe,guide children according to just game activities,discussion and analysis,help children to integrate the game experience,share successful experience,experience in correct mistakes,and find out existing problems,and thus the development of autonomy for the next game ready to material,experience,etc.The evaluation of regional activities is an important carrier for teachers and children to carry out evaluation activities.The evaluation of regional activities is of great significance to children’s physical and mental development.This study of large preschool teachers in Jiangxi province as the research object,according to the difference of economic development level,randomly selected from Shangrao in Jiangxi province,Fuzhou,Nanchang,Gian,Ganzhou,Pingxiang six areas18 public garden and 12 private garden of large sample of preschool teachers and through literature study,questionnaire,interview and in-depth class observation methods such as case analysis to explore the army of preschool teachers in jiangxi province regional activity evaluation link to carry out the status quo.This paper explores the evaluation ability and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers’ regional activities from four perspectives,namely,evaluation subject,evaluation method,evaluation content and emotional interaction.The results show that :(1)the regional activity evaluation ability of kindergarten teachers in big classes in our province is above the average;(2)From high to low,scores of each dimension in the evaluation of children’s regional activities are atmosphere interaction,evaluation content,evaluation method and evaluation subject;(3)The presence or absence of evaluation requirements has a significant impact on the development of evaluation,and the evaluation ability of preschool teachers with evaluation requirements is higher than that of kindergartens without evaluation requirements;(4)Different teaching years,academic qualifications and professional titles have significant differences in the total average score,evaluation method and evaluation content.Based on the above problems,countermeasures are put forward: First,to construct a scientific and effective evaluation system of preschool education: practice research,making evaluation tools;Learn and use for reference,enrich the content of the speech;Publicity promotion,pay attention to the method of comment;Second,the kindergarten overall planning to improve the level of evaluation: flexible management,to create evaluation conditions;Independent training to promote evaluation and promotion;Research and cooperation,improve the ability of teachers;Third,Teachers personally pay attention to enhance the ability to comment: correct positioning,scientific evaluation concept;Open up ideas,pay attention to children’s main body;Strengthen the reflection,improve the skill of comment. |
