Analysis On The Impact Of Industrial Upgrade On The Employment Of College Students

In recent years,the problem of college students 'employment has become the focus of social attention.The difficulty of college students' employment is essentially a structural contradiction between college students 'supply and market demand.At present,total industrial output is increasing,the structure between industry is changing from "2,3,1" to "3,2,1",and the industry is also undergoing the transformation and upgrading.The industry's transformation will change the structure of the labor.As a high-level laborer,college students realize their full employment and coordination with industrial structure,which is the key to promote industrial upgrading.Therefore,it is of great significance to studying the relationship between industrial upgrading and college students 'employment.Based on the theory of industrial structure and employment theory,many scholars at home and abroad have studied the relationship between industrial upgrading and employment.Based on the previous research,this paper studies the effects of industrial upgrading on the number of college students 'employment and employment structure,based on the three levels of industrial upgrading,namely the increase of total industrial output,the optimization of industrial structure and the upgrading of industrial internal structure.Through constructing the college student employment elasticity model,the employment regression model,and using the inter-provincial panel data from 2006-2015,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of our country's industrial upgrading on college student employment.The results show that the increase of industrial output can effectively promote the employment of college students,and the promotion of tertiary industry has significant positive effect on the employment of college students.Because the tertiary industry covers a wide range of industries,the employment effect on college students is not clear from which industry.Therefore,this paper further analyzes the influence of the internal structure of the tertiary industry on the college students'employment,and uses the national data to measure the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure with Stukov index.The research shows that the promotion of tertiary industry to college students 'employment mainly comes from the development of labor-and capital-intensive industries,not the development of technology-intensive industries.This paper discusses the results of empirical analysis.At present,China's industrial upgrading is still at a lower level,the structure of the tertiary industry is unreasonable,and there is a deviation between the industrial structure and the employment structure of college students.Therefore,from the perspective of industrial upgrading,the author puts forward some suggestions to develop tertiary industry and promote the development of technology-intensive industry.From the perspective of college talents training,it is proposed to train talents that meet the needs of industry.
