| The education policy environment refers to various conditions,including politics,economy and civilization.Education policy environment research directly influences education policy content formulation,education policy process implementation and the education policy value analysis.In addition,it palys an extremely important role not only in improving education policy environmental theory research,but also in promoting the development of the entire education policy.In order to make education policy environment play a better role in education policy development,scholars began to pay attention to the education policy environment and made a series of achievements.around 2000.There are still many problems to be solved in the filed of education policy environment,such as currently research content of education policy environment was placed extra emphasis rather than research paradigm,which is unfavorable for the development of research of education policy environment.Also,research paradigm should be built in order to solve these problems effectively.Therefore,forming and explicating the education policy environment research paradigm,as well as according to this research paradigm to do research is the problems should be resolved first in the development of education policy environment research.This study points out that the education policy environment research paradigm is a system which includes the theoretical basis and research elements(including research people,research content,research methods),and with the help of this research paradigm corresponding countermeasures were put forward for the current problems in the research of education policy environment.Specific content can be listed as following four chapters:Chapter one,introduction.This chapter mainly explains the research purpose and research contents,literature review and research significance,research methods and research approaches to provide knowledge reserves and data support for the forming of education policy environment research paradigm.Chapter two,the theoretical construction and demonstration of education policy environment research paradigm.This chapter embarks from the necessary state,based on the definition of the research paradigm of education policy environment,forms the basic structure of education policy research paradigm theory,including theoretical foundation of the research paradigm and research elements,and from theoretical argument and actual argument reasoning,to witness the research paradigm of education policy environment problem lay a solid theoretical basis.The third chapter is the practice reflection of education policy environmental research paradigm.This chapter starting from solid realistic states,using the theory standard of education policy environment research paradigm,from the five areas of theoretical basis of education policy environment research paradigm,research subject,research content,research process and research methods to analysis the present condition of education policy environment study,put forward the specific problems and analysis of the causes for problem,in order to provide education policy environment research paradigm with new ideas.The fourth chapter is to perfect the countermeasures for the problems of education policy environment research paradigm.In order to further improve the level of environment education policy research theory,promote the development of the practice of environment education policy research,the concrete suggestions on perfecting were put forward in this chapter from the five areas of theoretical basis of education policy environment research paradigm,research subject,research content,research process and research methods. |
