Since the occurring of the new concept "paradigm", so many researchers begin to explore and discuss it. With the arguments among the different academic schools, the connotation of this concept becomes more and more clear. At first, "paradigm" was developed by the scientific philosopher Thomas S. Kuhu. With the study of the sources about the subjects' theory, this concept can be used in many subjects. Through this process, the connotation of the concept becomes more practicable and the theory paradigm comes into a reference system of founding the basic theory of the subjectsAt present, researches of the theory or practice of humanistic sociology of physical education, i.e. the studies on the development of gymnastic industry, the gymnastic development strategy, the implementation of the outline of the nationwide body-building plan and the Olympic strategy, are primarily on the microcosmic or on the a litter higher level. Nevertheless the basic research and application about the humanistic sociology of physical education is deficiency, sporadic, and has not formed integrated system, especially the study of the subject itself. Herein, in view of the analyzing and full understanding of humanistic sociology of physical education and paradigm, our research mainly on the constructing of the theory paradigm of humanistic sociology of physical education on the microcosmic level and this is also necessary and the trend of the development of humanistic sociology of physical education. This research is of great importance to the normalizing of the concept of humanistic sociology of physical education, and it is also an initial research of great research value which is very essential to the constructing of the theoretic system of humanistic sociology of physical education.Whereas the lucubrate of the concept "paradigm", the experiential use for reference of paradigm employs in correlative field and the scientific summarize of present research progeny about humanistic sociology of physical education .so, this thesis did some attemptable researches on humanistic sociology of physical education theory paradigm by referring literature, consulting expert, comparative research and logic induction. So we educe the following conclusion:1. humanistic sociology of physical education theory paradigm is composed of thought paradigm, regulation paradigm, operation paradigm . Thought paradigm is the foundation of the theory paradigm, regulation paradigm is derived from the thought paradigm and operation paradigm is the core of the whole theory paradigm.2. humanistic sociology of physical education both has the attributes of humanistic sociology and physical education. Concurrently , it possesses scientific property ,value property, hysteretic property and advanced property. All of these indicate that this subject can come into being a cross subject is due to the differentiation , infiltrator and integration of knowledge of physical education and humanistic sociology.3. The logic start point of humanistic sociology of physical education is "physical activity in the society that oriented by people", this is the simplest and the most abstract category in humanistic sociology of physical education and the bases of the system of humanistic sociology of physical education which demonstrate the coherence between the conception of the research object and its connotation.4. The structural system of humanistic sociology of physical education consist theoretic structure, scientific structure and social structure, in which the theoretic structure is the base of the system of humanistic sociology of physical education; the scientific structure is the essential point of the system of humanistic sociology of physical education.5. The theoretic paradigm of humanistic sociology of physical education possess the character of configurable and integrality; stability and flexible; sociability and historical; and instrumental and practical.6. The theoretic paradigm of humanistic sociology of physical education has the function of inhibition, directional focalization , self preserve stabilization and self expanding. All of these incarnate the necessity of constructing the theory of humanistic sociology of physical education.7. The strategies propounded by the theoretic paradigm of humanistic sociology of physical education which is constructed by this study can provide some theoretical and methodological assent. The strategies are as follows: the perfect basal theoretic knowledge, researchful practicality , the trait of persisting in keeping pace with the society and the scientific diathesis improvement of specialists and so on...
