With the rapid development of science and technology and the constant acceleration of social transformation,education is very important today.Only through education can we further cultivate a group of new talents for the society and thus promote the continuous progress of society.Judging from the current situation in China,the current situation of education in our country is not very optimistic.Although China currently has more than one-fifths of the population receiving education,the level of educational development in our country has been caused by various factors such as the incoordination of local development in our country.It also shows an unbalanced state.The constant innovation of information technology and the expansion of the scope of network services will inevitably lead to a major reform in education.One typical example of this is the emergence of an online education platform.However,due to lack of operational experience,lack of educational content,lack of funds,and other reasons,for many development companies there is no way to start,so far there is no representative of a domestic company.The online education market is still at the stage of exploration and needs further development.The Y online education platform is an online education learning platform launched by NetEase and Higher Education Press.Its related courses have been approved by the Ministry of Education and promoted to the public through the platform.The main purpose of this article is to identify the current online education platform market analysis and Y online education platform analysis to determine the Y online education platform development strategy and propose specific measures to implement the competition strategy.The theoretical sources of this article are mainly PEST analysis,Porter's five force model,SWOT analysis.By taking the Y online education platform as a research paradigm,it will gradually analyze its current development situation and problems in the market competition.This article believes that the current online education industry is still a "blue ocean market" and Y online education platform has a good development prospect,because in addition to its own development experience in recent years,the more important point is that it has a college as a reserve resource.In order to help it continuously create new teaching content,in addition,excellent Internet product R&D capability is also a major boost to its development;the disadvantage is that the type and quality of the curriculum are not enough,and the platform's external propaganda is not satisfactory.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment and problems of the comprehensive Y online education platform,it is recommended that it adopt a centralized and differentiated competition strategy.This article hopes to determine the process of Y online education platform's competition strategy through the analysis of the development of the domestic online education industry,and to play a reference role for other similar platforms.
