Study On The Interventional Disorder Of Minors In Group Work

As a difficult problem of social work,the adjustment of the minor's interpersonal relationship is a great problem.As a difficult minor in society,the smooth integration into the social environment and the adjustment to social life can be better conducive to their healthy growth.Under the background of the rapid development of social economy,the social problems caused by the inadequate social protection of minors in difficult situations are worth paying attention to.How to solve the problems of adjustment to the interpersonal problems of minors in difficult situations,and how to make the healthy growth of minors in difficult situations effective should be protected.This is also a problem that should be considered as a social worker.During the internship,the author contacted the practice social workers and the project of minors in distress and learned that if the minors entered the society too early,they would be harmful to their healthy growth.If the difficult minors have just appeared in the problem of interpersonal problems,such as the choice of laissez-faire,then it may lead to the future development of this part of the people to the wrong direction.In view of this,in the social protection of minors in distress,how to improve the interpersonal adjustment of this group of people is a major problem for social workers in their professional services.During the internship,the author tried to use the method of group work intervention to help minors in distress adapt to interpersonal relationships.The methods and paths to help minors in distress adapt to interpersonal relationships are discussed together.Through the collection of data,the author takes the group work for seven minors in distress as the main content of this article,and discusses the service process of the group work,discusses the relevant aspects of practical research,and through the group work intervention methods The results and existing problems are reflected,hoping to provide some help to the workers involved in the study of interpersonal relations adaptation of minors in distress.
