As an important part of Xinjiang science education,the development of physics education restricts the development of science education in Xinjiang to a large extent.As a part of physical education,the cooperative teaching and research between ethnic and Han physics teachers has further improved the quality of science education.The cooperative teaching and research of the ethnic and Han physics teachers means that the ethnic and Han teachers can study the common physical education and teaching through the cooperation of each other,so as to realize a series of behaviors adopted by the ethnic and Han physics teachers.Therefore,its change and development have provided the impetus for the professional growth of the ethnic and Han teachers,and the improvement of the quality of physical education has been guaranteed,thus promoting the development of science education in Xinjiang.On the basis of the existing research,this study makes clear the connotation and characteristics of the effective cooperation teaching and research of the ethnic and Han physics teachers.Based on the theory of learning organization,the theory of social interdependence and the theory of teachers’ professional community,this paper makes a rational examination of the cooperative teaching and research of the ethnic and Han physics teachers,and constructs the effective cooperation between them.The standard and effectiveness framework of teaching and research are made,and the dimension structure of cooperation teaching research is discussed in depth.On this basis,the questionnaire and interview outline are compiled.Through three ways of questionnaire survey,interview and observation,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the low efficiency of the cooperative teaching and research of the ethnic and Han physics teachers and the reasons for their low efficiency.Analysis,and put forward the feasibility strategy;combine the effective framework of the theoretical part and the feasibility strategy to the X middle school to carry on the practice exploration,and further reflect and summarize according to the practice result.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,there are certain differences in the thinking and cultural background between the Han physics teachers and the minority physics teachers in ethnic middle school.Therefore,the way of cooperation and research by the ethnic and Han teachers can better solve the differences between them.Second,the middle school physics teaching and research teams in minority areas are carrying out cooperative teaching and research activities,but they are still in the stage of inefficient development.Third,the factors that influence the effective cooperation between teachers and students in physics teaching include three aspects:school,physics teaching and research group and teachers.Fourth,in view of the performance and influencing factors of the cooperative teaching and research of the ethnic and Han physics teachers,the corresponding strategies are put forward from the preparation,development,results and evaluation of the cooperative teaching and research activities in combination with the standard construction of the theoretical part.Fifth,combining the effective framework of the theoretical part with the feasibility strategy,and taking the X middle school into practice and exploring,it is found that the effectiveness of the cooperation teaching and research of the ethnic and Han physics teachers is reflected,but there are still shortcomings and need to be further improved.
