At the background of the higher education reform,universities are striving for the first-class universities and first-class subjects.With the development of science and technology,there has been a substantial change in the demand for Economic and Management professionals.As an important part of improving the quality of personnel training,the relatively weak Economic Management experimental teaching in colleges and universities is gaining increasing attention.Since 2005,the Ministry of Education launched a National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center project,the construction of experimental teaching has achieved periodic results.However,there are still many problems and difficulties that need to be solved after more than ten years.Based on the theories of Sustainable Development and theories of New public administration,this paper takes National Demonstration Center for Experimental Economic and Management Education(Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics)as the research object.Through investigation and case analysis,we analyze the sustainable development of the National Demonstration Center for Experimental Economic and Management Education.We have found that there are four problems of the demonstration center.Firstly,rigid management mechanism.Secondly,insufficient basic resources.Thirdly,ambiguous development localization.Fourthly,deficient demonstration effect.In this paper,we have investigated the construction of demonstration centers in other parts of the country.Four national-level experimental teaching demonstration centers are proposed from the point view of four levels: national,provincial education administration,university and demonstration center.First of all,from the point view of national level,we should innovative government management functions and establish a multi-national assessment system and a domestic open sharing mechanism.Secondly,from the point view of the provincial education administrative department level,we should create an open sharing environment in the province.Thirdly,from the point view of university level,we should support and implement reasonable management mechanism.Lastly,from the point view of Demonstration Center level,we should innovative intelligent management system and explore new mechanisms for cultivating innovative talents.Then strengthen the comprehensive teaching staff and promote the radiation function of the Demonstration Center.During the research process,we stick to the education policies and measures for the management from the ministry of education and the related provinces and cities on national experimental teaching demonstration center,and try for the sustainable development of the national experimental teaching demonstration center of administration to provide theoretical basis and reference management.
