Exploration And Practice Of The Construction Of College Liberal Arts Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Center

With the rapid development of the knowledge economy and the trend of cross-disciplinary integration,the society has high expectations and high standards for the quality and ability of liberal arts talents.Under the deepening reform of higher education,colleges and universities comprehensive experimental teaching center as an important part of undergraduate education quality engineering construction,is the breakthrough and innovation of national talent strategy and training mechanism,is gradually becoming the base for cultivating innovative liberal arts talents,incubating interdisciplinary The cradle of teaching and research and the platform for practicing social services play an important role in cultivating innovative talents,boosting world-class disciplines and building top universities.After ten years of development,the construction of the comprehensive experimental teaching center for liberal arts in China has achieved staged achievements.However,throughout the overall development situation,there is still a lack of attention in the liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching,the unclear construction path of the liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching center,and the single function positioning need to be resolved and broken.Based on this,this paper selects the first batch of national liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching demonstration center construction unit-South China University of Technology liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching center as the research object,using literature analysis method,field research method and interview method as the tools.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying concepts and combing theory,this paper analyzes the driving mechanism of the construction of liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching center in South China University of Technology.Thirdly,it explores the choice of the center construction path with the core of cultivating innovative talents.Then,the main features of the practice,the analysis of results and problems,and deepen the perception of construction.Finally,combined with the practical dilemmas and problems in the construction of the liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching center in China,the countermeasures for further development are proposed.Through investigation and research,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The driving mechanism of the exploration of the construction of the liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching center of South China University of Technology is the result of environmental challenges,external security,development potential and internal stimulation,that is,the development of the times puts forward new ideas for liberal arts education.The requirements,the external guarantees for the provision of national policies and funds,and the development of the school have laid down various resources for the construction and the center has acted actively to realize the mission of educating people.(2)The center carried out all-round and three-dimensional exploration and practice by updating the experimental education teaching concept,the new mode of innovative liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching,expanding the new channels for the practice of innovative talents and establishing a new mechanism for experimental teaching management.(3)The practice path of the center construction presents the characteristics of connotative innovation development,focusing on the integration of education concept with value orientation,the emphasis on openness and integration,the path of education,the focus on synergy and humanity,and the guarantee path.And efficiency.(4)From the perspective of innovation concept,carry out rational planning and construction;take experimental teaching reform as a breakthrough,promote interdisciplinary integration,deepen the connotation of comprehensive experimental teaching of liberal arts;focus on the development of teaching,scientific research and social services,realize the multifunctional nature of the center;The resources and the formation of the joint force to ensure the development of the four aspects of the enlightenment and countermeasures,so far for other institutions to build a liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching center to provide reference and feasibility path.
