Study On The Entrepreneurial Performance Of College Students

Recently the entrepreneurship boom has attracted the attention of Chinese government,which brings more and more college students to join the venture.Though the amount of the practice is increasing,the success rate is low on the ground.Entrepreneurial performance which is the important index to test the activities are successful or not.How to effectively and efficiently use entrepreneurial performance to help college students find and solve the problems in the process of startup is a critical problem for the government,society and universities.This paper consists of five parts.Chapter one gave a comprehensive review on entrepreneurial subject in the background,purpose,significance and method.Chapter two defined the main concepts and describes the Contingent Theory which is related to the paper.Chapter three build up the modified model of College Students' Entrepreneurial Performance Evaluation on the basis of BSC,and designs the corresponding indexes.In order to confirm the feasibility of this new model,Chapter four chooses a successful case and a failed case to make the research in 985 schools undergraduate.Chapter five listed the relevant steps of universities' entrepreneurial education according to the potential risks from the case analysis,and reckons on the hope to improve the college students' entrepreneurial performance in the future.Based on the existing researches,this paper established the improved model of Entrepreneurial Performance directed to the entrepreneurial group of college students,provides the effective paths on college enterprise education,describes the condition of the course of college students' entrepreneurial businesses,accumulates rich experiences on the researches of college students' entrepreneurship.The research conclusion is useful to the college students' entrepreneurship and other groups' entrepreneurship.
