Since the 1990s,private schools have made rapid development in our country and made important contributions to China’s education.However,problems such as the unstability of the teacher team and the teacher loss plagued the development of private schools.How to cultivate excellent teachers and manage well,to retain excellent teachers,is an important issue of the human resources management of private schools.Based on the analysis of the theory of human resource loss at home and abroad as well as the actual situation of private schools in our city,this paper chooses Hengyang Wending Experimental School as an example to carry out empirical investigation,using quantitative questionnaire survey and qualitative structured interviews to obtain information to study and analyze the situation and causes of human resource loss in HengYang Wending Experimental School,and put forward some measures in depth.In the first part,the paper briefly introduces the research background and significance.The second part introduces the related theories of private education and present situation of the research at home and abroad.The third part takes Hengyang Wending Experimental School as the research object,analyzes the current situation of teachers’ loss in this school,and expounds the influence of the excessive loss of excellent teachers on the school.The fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for outstanding teachers loss in this school,which include the lack of appropriate protection from the system,incentive mechanism,objective and impartiality of teacher performance appraisal,teacher training system,school career planning and etc.In the fifth part,on the basis of the previous text,the measures and suggestions are put forward for the loss of outstanding teachers,which include the improvement and implementation of incentive mechanism,the implementation of the scientific evaluation system,solid training teacher training and scientific planning teacher career as well as further enhancement of the campus environment.The research of this paper is to provide some theoretical guidance and practical reference significance for the management of private middle school teachers in our country. |
