Private kindergarten is an important part of preschool education in our country.In recent years,Private kindergarten has shifted from quantity expansion to quality improvement,from only care of external hardware facilities improvement to inner management enhancement,and attach great importance to the quality of childcare and education such soft power of services.However,there are still many problems in the development of the private kindergarten,and one of the most serious problem is the loss of teachers,which needs to be concerned by all social sectors.I took a private kindergarten in Shandong Province as an example in this paper,making an empirical study on the problems of teacher loss and countermeasures of private kindergarten teachers through documentary analysis,archival research and interviewing.On study I found that the number of teacher los s in private kindergartens is large,the negative effect of teachers’ loss is huge,and the structure of the teachers’ missing group is irregular.The study analysis the four types of teacher’s loss were namely the desire of more money,entrepreneurship,avoidant the troubles and family oriented;Sum up the causes of the loss for the following three reasons: low teachers’ salary;Limited career develop opportunity;tremendous work pressure and weary of preschool education.Based on these facts,the author give suggestions to prevent the loss of teachers from two sides,one is with the help from the government and the other way is the management of kindergarten.This paper consists of three parts.The first part: Expounding the loss of private kindergarten teachers and its negative effects.The author tries to put forward the core concept of private kindergartens,teachers,teachers’ drain based on previous research results,and then Clarified the loss of private kindergarten teachers and its negative effects,that is: disrupt work order,increase security problems,influence their reputation.The second part: Analyzing the present situation and the cause of the loss of private kindergarten teachers the author looks into the current situation of teachers through the preliminary statistics of the loss of teachers’ in a private preschool in Shandong Province since 2002.Through the analysis of some in depth interviews,this paper will attempt to sum up the causes of the loss for the following three reasons.The third part: Putting forward some advice to prevent the loss of private kindergarten teacher’s.Mainly includes two aspects: for the government,they should ensure fair treatment and improve the social status;Innovate training methods,promote the professional development;Increase capital investment,protect the legitimate rights and interests.For the kindergarten,they should perfect evaluation system,and improve the salary system;Focus on their career development plans and pay attention to the teacher professional development;implement culture management,focus on their psychological health and happy working experience.The main point of this study is that reasonable leave of teachers not only effectively integrates human resources,but also help the professional development of teachers and their career growth.But the negative effects of frequent teachers’ turnover,especially the loss,are obvious.Kindergarten administrators,therefore,is to seize development opportunities,strengthen internal management,at the same time,to avoid unnecessary brain drain,a lot of,constantly optimize the teachers,improve teachers’ professional abilities,so as to promote the healthy development of the kindergarten.
