Teacher authority is an important manifestation of the authority of education, as a kind of important influence in the process of school teaching, the teacher authority plays an important role to achieve the goal of teaching. However, with the emergence of belief crisis of modernity, people abandoned faith of the heart, think of heaven has collapsed,the god has dead, and they no longer believe any authority, teacher authority is being challenged and abandoned, especially under the comprehensive advancement of new curriculum reform, teacher authority is subjected to more and more criticizes, teacher authority has been seen as a stumbling block in the development of education, hinder the development of the freedom of students and democracy of education. However, we have to accept some authoritative guide is an indisputable fact, because in addition to this, there is no universal can make people understand the law of all development position in the cultural level, the traditional culture of teacher authority, will only make people in ignorance of nothingness.This article intent to interpret the connotation of teacher authority, this paper analyzes the historical condition of teacher authority and realistic situation, explain the modern value of the teacher authority, and to explore under the background of the current era of how to reconstruct teacher authority. This thesis is divided into five parts:In the introduction, discussed a few questions as the origin of the paper topic, the selected topic significance, the domestic and foreign related research about the selected topic, the research purpose of this paper, research ideas and research methods.The first chapter, mainly illustrates the connotation of teacher authority definition and classification of teachers' authority. First of all, on the basis of the concept of authority, to define the concept of teacher authority, then according to the source of the authority of teacher authority are classified.The second chapter, the author tries to analyze the characterization,the effects and reasons of the loss of teacher authority and summarized. Discusses the authority of teachers in the teaching practice, the loss of a series of characterization, to teaching practice, analyzes the plight of teachers' authority, that teachers' authority by internal and external education education challenges.The third chapter, mainly discusses the values of the teacher authority and the necessity of the existence of teacher authority.The fourth chapter, through the theory and practice research and theoretical analysis, based on the rational connotation of teachers' authority to interpret, trying to solve the difficulties facing teacher authority, which based on the present, to reconstruct teacher authority, as the foundation of the reconstruction of the teacher authority to explore, and to explore the practical path.
