The regional activities carry great significance to the children development,but it still has several remaining issues which are unable to attach the corresponding value to the children development.This thesis aims to investigate the current situation of the regional activities implement in kindergartens in Fuzhou,and accordingly offer some pertinent suggestions which maximize the value of the regional activities of kindergarten.In this research,the questionnaire survey and the interview method are applied to investigate the current situation of the regional activities implement in the three categories of kindergartens in Fuzhou,the provincial model kindergartens,the county central kindergartens and the non-governmental kindergartens.Moreover,based on the emerging issues,the researcher also conducts the in-depth interview.In the research the implement of the regional activities is composed by five aspects:the teachers' cognition of the regional activities,the choosing basis of the regional activities,the environment setting of the regional activities,the rules and regulations of the regional activities and the effect of the regional activities.With the data analysis of the questionnaire,results can be shown as follows:the teachers do have certain cognition about the regional activities,and in terms of the level of the kindergartens,the differences may vary correspondingly,but in the practical process,the teachers can't get hold of the essence clearly.In terms of the content of the regional activities,teachers lack the reference for choosing,so the teachers tend to follow the herd when arranging the content and the content setting is blind and thoughtless.When it comes to the environment setting,which is more highly-controlled than environment arrangement,three problems spring up:the goal of the activity material delivery is not clear,and the appropriacy and the stratification of the materials are not ideal;the rules and regulations are not normative,and the significance is attached to the material check but the practical instruction of the teachers is insufficient;in the process of the activity,the teachers' instruction of the regional activities still lacks the purposiveness,the strategy and the interaction with the children.Taking these issues found in the implement of the regional activities into consideration,this research offer some corresponding suggestions about the effective conduct of the regional activities,including enhancing teachers 'cognition about the regional activities;improving teachers' consciousness of cooperating with children in the regional activity environments;regulating the regional activity management;focusing on teachers' practical instruction of the regional activities,and actively conducting teaching and research activities.
