The regional activity of kindergarten is an informal educational activity between the formal educational activity and the free activity.This kind of activity plays an important role in promoting children’s active learning,creating individual educational situation,promoting the development of children’s potential,cultivating children’s sociality,stimulating children’s learning interest and forming good learning habits.At the same time,regional activities have educational value that collective education can not replace.Regional activity is an important organizational form of kindergarten curriculum,and its educational value depends on the effective guidance of teachers.In order to understand the current situation,problems and influencing factors of teacher instruction in regional activities,and explore the strategies to improve the level of teacher instruction in regional activities in kindergartens,this study selected the researcher’s work unit,Xingtai a kindergarten,taking three middle classes as the research object,the present situation of Teacher’s guidance in regional activities was investigated.The study includes five parts:Introduction is the first part.First,this paper expounds the reasons of the researcher’s topic selection from the following three points: First,the researcher’s deep reflection in the kindergarten work;Third,the educational value of regional activities depends on the effective guidance of teachers.Then,this paper introduces the purpose and significance of this study.Then,this paper expounds from foreign and domestic aspects respectively,and gives a comprehensive review.The second part is the research design.This part mainly focuses on the research object and research methods.Based on the case study of a kindergarten middle class in Xingtai,this study observed and studied six teacher regional activity guidance through the methods of event sampling,interview and text analysis.The third part is the current situation of Teacher’s guidance in kindergarten regional activities.The researcher presents the current situation of Teacher’s guidance according to the links of regional activities.The first link is the beginning of the regional activities.The current situation of this link is that the average time of Teacher’s guidance is moderate.The second part is the middle part of the regional activities,which is analyzed from the frequency,average time,direction,initiator,role and evaluation of teachers.The third part is the end of the regional activities.The researcher presents the present situation of Teacher’s guidance from three aspects: The average time of Teacher’s guidance,the teacher’s evaluation and the content of teacher’s guidance.The fourth part is the kindergarten regional activities in the existence of teacher guidance problems and influencing factors.Researchers from the kindergarten,the teacher of two aspects of analysis,to explore the reasons for the problems of teacher guidance.Kindergarten:Class capacity exceeded the standard,regional activities carried out by the number of conditions;specific regional activities for the training of teachers less guidance;kindergarten teaching and research efforts are not strong.In the aspect of teachers,the factors that influence the regional activities teachers guidance are: Teachers understanding of regional activities is not deep and their professional knowledge is not enough.The fifth part is the suggestion of improving the Teacher’s guidance in the regional activity of kindergarten.Respectively from the kindergarten,the teacher two aspects to launch the elaboration.or teacher-child interaction strategies in regional activities.The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection.The researcher summarizes the conclusion of this study,on the basis of practice,reflect on the shortcomings of this study,and put forward the future research prospects.It is suggested that the kindergarten should start from two aspects: the kindergarten should strictly control the class capacity and reasonably arrange the system of teachers taking classes;the special subject training should be actively carried out to solve the puzzle of teacher guidance of regional activities;Teachers: Using multiple channels to strengthen the regional activities to guide the learning of professional knowledge;using a variety of methods to improve the regional activities to guide the professional capacity;respect the autonomy of young children,master the regional activities of teachers guidance strategies.
