With the further development of the new curriculum reform,the Ministry of education has regarded school-based training as an important way to improve the professional level of teachers with Chinese characteristics.Culture is the root of education,teacher education as the main body,not only through the knowledge and methods of lead,the Chinese national culture heritage,the results will continue;the existing cultural knowledge achievements through self learning community and creative experience,into practical knowledge,so as to realize the growth and development of their own,but also continue to create and the development of national culture.As a national cultural heritage,the Korean primary school teachers need to develop their own national cultural consciousness.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the school-based training of national culture.This paper uses the survey method,literature method,interview method,field survey of the actual situation of Yanji ZY primary school to carry out cultural activities of the school-based training,a questionnaire survey of 70 teachers,15 teachers interview,current repair implemented to the national cultural consciousness of school-based Korean primary school teachers research form clear understanding and discusses the problems and reasons in the process of school-based research,and combined with some experiences of the University,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of national culture can effectively implement the school-based training.Based on the field survey found that currently in the national culture school-based training,there is a lack of school-based research design,training content,training a single way is not enough diversity,lack of resources,training teachers' cultural consciousness level is not high.After the analysis and discussion,the conclusions are as follows:1 the primary school teachers' national culture consciousness is in the spontaneous growth state,but has not been able to develop positively in the school-based research.The 2 culture is the initial stage of school-based training,school-based training is lack of overall design,training content,training a single way is not enough diversity,lack of resources,training teachers' cultural consciousness level is not high still existing problems.3 the primary school teachers of ethnic minorities are conscious of their own national culture,but the cultural knowledge and cultural heritage.The 4 level of conscious with seniority,title is high but the decline,with higher education and college teachers increased significantly,teachers are slightly higher than the major.According to the results of the study,the following recommendations:1 to determine the scientific objectives of school-based research,planning the right direction of school-based research.2 develop national culture curriculum resources,enrich national culture school-based research content.3 innovative school-based training activities to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in school-based research.4 to ensure adequate school-based research resources,can effectively meet the needs of the development of teachers.5 the strategy of conscious development of national culture focuses on the reconstruction of school-based research.
