The new teachers are an indispensable part of the teacher team.Professional adaptability is a critical period for the new teachers to become a qualified teacher.During this time,the new teachers experience a complex adaptation process.They preferred have great illusions and expectations about profession teachers and feel excited and enthusiastic.Then,the tedious routine work made them realize the gap between expectation and reality.They will feel confused and lost,so that they show a negative and blind state at work.What is more serious is that they have not developed in education and teaching.The reality includes the discord of the interpersonal relationship,the backwardness of the teaching environment,the trivial and complicated teaching work,the high self-positioning and so on.This makes it difficult for new teachers to adapt to the new environment.So that they will feel helpless and retreat.Through the questionnaire survey of 234 new teachers of junior high non-normal major and through the and different non-normal professional teacher interview of teaching junior high school,this paper makes further exploration on the Professional adaptability of junior high non-normal major new teachers.On this basis,in order to help new teachers to adapt to education and teaching work as soon as possible,shorten the adaptation period,improve the quality of teaching,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the adaptability of new teachers from three levels including society,schools and individuals.This thesis mainly consists of four parts:The first part mainly introduces the reason,the research significanceand the research design.The summary of the research review on the adaptation of new teachers at home and abroad,the related research status of the junior high non-normal major new teachersinteriorly,and the definition of related concepts.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the professional adaptability of junior high non-normal major new teachers through questionnaires and interviews.The basic conclusion is: junior high school,the teachers’ professional new teachers for their entry level evaluation tend to "match",the overall level is not high,junior high school of non-normal majors in orientation to adapt to the new teachers do exist some difficulties.In terms of interpersonal relationship,it is best to get along with colleagues,and the relationship with parents is the most difficult.In the teaching environment adaptation,the school discipline of the school in the management systemadapted to the best,and the salary income and welfare conditions in the management system adapted to the worst;Business to adapt to the aspects of teaching,teaching the use of multimedia to adapt to the best of the implementation strategy,teaching in the classroom management and teaching evaluation of reasonable homework to adapt to the worst;Work adjustment,cognitive adaptation of junior middle school teachers should let the students to master some basic knowledge of productive Labour and basic skills,understand some common sense to adapt to the best of profession,teaching goals graduation rates and ranking the pressure of learning to adapt to the worst.The third part is the analysis of the investigation results in the second part and the perspective of the problems existing in the new teachers’ quality poor.The reasons are: the main factors in the social aspect are education funding,and the attention and tolerance of new teachers are not enough;At the school level,the main factors are the incomplete support system and lack of interpersonal and psychological support for new teachers.The main factor of the personal level is the poor psychological quality and lack of knowledge.The fourth part is on the survey and the interview of junior high school,the teachers’ professional orientation of the new teacher to adapt to the current situation,on the basis of combining with the results of the new teacher induction to adapt,to improve the junior high school,the teachers’ professional orientation of the new teacher to adapt to the cultivation of the related Suggestions are put forward: the society level to increase investment in education funds,the school teaching equipment,to improve teachers’ salary and welfare benefits;To strengthen the attention of new teachers and call on parents to give more understanding and support to new teachers.At the school level,we should focus on the pertinence of education and on-the-job training to promote the development of the protestant professional quality.It is important to give the new teachers interpersonal and psychological support in a timely and proper way,so as to avoid the psychological conflict of new teachers.The new teacher should constantly improve the knowledge and ability of teaching business in reflection,and enhance his ability to cope with complex teaching tasks.Should adjust oneself,form good psychological
