Boarding school is a mode of social economy and compulsory education development to a certain stage,is a new form of social education.Under the background of the implementation of the boarding construction and the promotion of the boarding education system,the boarding school is a topic that many experts and scholars have discussed and eagerly paid attention to at present.In recent years,parents in the educational concept of the children are changing,no longer simply take the traditional form of education as the basic way to educate children,the idea of putting children into advanced education,focusing on training children self-care ability,teachers team professional boarding school,students age,the ability to adapt to the environment,in this age to boarding school,to a certain extent,students’ healthy and happy growth will bring a certain impact,how to enable students to quickly adapt to residential school learning lifestyle,is worthy of our thinking and research problems.This research takes the questionnaire survey as the main research method,takes the boarding school lower grade primary school student as the research object,carries on the investigation and research analysis.Questionnaires were distributed to boarding pupils,teachers and parents respectively,and the students were selected to study on the adaptation problems of residential accommodation after the data were analyzed.Comprehensive analysis,some of the students after a semester of adjustment,still show strong rejection of residential life,in the study,life self-care and interpersonal communication is still in an adaptive state.According to the case study of this part of the students,the current situation of poor accommodation in primary school students is analyzed and summarized.Through further exploration into the causes,combining with educational practical experience,students’ personal characteristics,teachers’ corrective measures,school education,family education and other aspects,the implementation of targeted education management for junior students’ residential life,mainly includes students’ driving students(is adaptation to good students to adapt to bad students),teachers’ ability to improve educational practice,rich and colorful practical activities in and out of school,perfect school psychological counseling and psychological counseling,and build a parent-child communication environment and so on.Through a series of effective coping strategies,improve the residential life adaptability of junior school students,so that students can be integrated into the boarding school learning life as soon as possible.At present,there are few educational theories about boarding school life adaptation in junior school students,this study can enrich the domestic related education theory research,further improve the school education teaching management of residential life for junior primary students,provide educational theory and practice reference for the school,how to improve the students’ residential adaptation level and policy formulation,create a good school residential life for students,and pave the way for the exploration of new boarding school management mode.
