A Practical Study On The Community Integration Of The Accompany-migrated Elders In The Western Region

Under the influence of the progress of the aging society in China and the unique factors such as population migration,urbanization and family planning since the reform and opening up,this group called accompany-migrated elders appears.In this paper,the main research object is the group from the western region,this group as the social workers service object was questioned with the questionnaire survey under the help of social workers.The questionnaire was designed to be based on social worker services,so in this study,the data obtained from the questionnaire was secondhand.In the data,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,significance analysis and chi-square test are used to analyze the relevant situation in order to acquaintance the current situation and needs of the community integration,and then we focus on the rationality of the community integration's index system to carry out correlation analysis and demonstration,namely factors that affect the community integration,so as to further explain the scientific and rationality of the community integration's index system,including economic adaption(employment,economic income,language exchange),cultural adaptation(language exchange,life,values),behavioral integration(interpersonal relationships,family relations,community participation),psychological adaptation(life satisfaction,attribution,identity,psychological distance,future plans).Finally,by comparing the results of the questionnaire before and after the questionnaire,we use the correlation analysis and significance test to analyze the impact,effectiveness and service satisfaction of the social work's intervention on the accompany-migrated elders' community integration.At the same time,we use literature analysis to supplement the information.Through the analysis of social workers in the process of service records,service reports and other useful information,we can gain a better understanding of the comprehensive and detailed social service process,so as to demonstrate and demonstrate the important role and great value of social work professional services.
