With the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence and labor costs increasing significantly,especially the needs of Chinese industrial transformation and upgrading,the robot industry comes into a golden period of development.The vocational colleges began to set up this emerging major of industrial robot technology,which could take advantage of professional talent training.But the major has not yet formed a perfect personnel training programs and curriculum system.At the same time,this major has a strong professional practice,it cannot follow the old traditional teaching methods.So,there is an urgent need for a new and effective teaching model to guide the teaching activities.Based on these reasons and the background of domestic and foreign research,this paper let Constructivism,Mastery Learning Theory and CBE model as the theoretical basis and uses various research methods such as literature,questionnaire and experiment.Then we design a blended learning model suitable for the teaching of technical courses of industrial robots and carry out the inspection.Firstly,we introduce the background,purpose and significance of this study,and review the relevant literatures at home and abroad.We also sum up the connotation,pattern and existing problems of blended learning and expound the general domestic and foreign situation of robot education.Secondly,we conduct the empirical research of the robot industry,corporations and some vocational colleges,and analyze the robot development and the demand of business.Then we sum up the necessary capacity,and figure out industrial robot technology professionals training specifications.Furthermore,we propose a blended learning model to develop learning resources and use "the use of teaching puzzles" as an example to carry out teaching activities.Finally,we prove the validity of the blended learning model in various aspects,and analyze the results and limitations of this study.This paper designs a blended learning model suitable for the teaching of industrial robotics,and proves that this model could improve students' interest in learning,practicing manipulation ability,interactive ability and ability to collect and process information.Not only that,this study also enhances the teaching effect and provides reference and help for the teaching of industrial robot technology.
