The development of key competencies has become the main subjects of the current education.The historical discipline has established five key competencies of historical materialism,space-time concept,historical data,historical interpretation and native land emotion(national and family feelings).Native land emotion,as the core values,is the mostly close with the humanity.How to put the emotion into the teaching practices has become the important topic of the history teaching.In the national and family feelings,the family is more emphasis on personality and locality,while the nation is more emphasis on the common and overall.Therefore,as a kind of cultivation of feelings,such feelings need to be put attention to the relationship between individuality and generality.And in the history teaching,the most important thing need to do is integrating the relationship between the native history and the local history.However,the history teachings currently put more attention on the native history than the local history,therefore,the function of local history has not fully work under such condition.As an eastern coastal city,Yancheng has a long historical standing and is rich in historical relics,numerous historical celebrities and various historical legends.This project researches how to develop the national and family feelings in the history teachings,taking the Longgang middle school in Yancheng as the example.In the researches,the local history resources were collected and integrated smoothly into the teaching of history using different methods.
