| Research purpose: This thesis bases on a 16-week All Health Line Dance movement instruction of Grade One students from the controlled class and the uncontrolled class to explore the effects of All Health Line Dance movement on the physical and mental fitness of students in junior high school,and to provide theory and data supports for promoting All Health Line Dance movement education in high schools.Research methods: With the methods of documentary analysis,questionnaire survey,experimental teaching and mathematical statistics study,and on the basis of State Students Health Standard and Middle School Student Mental Health Scale(MSSMHS),in both classes the weir Xuzhou Xuzhou City junior grade 102 students as the experimental object,because the students in both classes at the time of enrollment for male and female students average classes before the experiment,all the subjects in the class of physical fitness test,respectively,excluding both classes in a suitable exercise,the remaining number just as 50 and equal.Through the experiment before and after the experimental group(50 people)and the control group(50 people)the middle school student body health indicator test and the psychological scale 10 factor tests.In experiment group second class every afternoon by the big break for half an hour and third class a total of 65 minutes can be used for the experimental group dance sports teaching,to stimulate interest in the preparation and removal of the body relaxing time,when the effective exercise intervention for every 45 minutes or so;the normal control group the big break skipping shuttlecock activities and physical education teaching content learning routine.All students in the experiment are taught by the same teacher,with the same teaching content and are experimented for a period of 16 weeks.After the period,they do the same tests as before by the same inspector with the same instrument.The indexes are body shape index(height,weight),body function index(vital capacity),physical quality index,muscle strength(sit-up for girls,pull-up for boys),lower-limb explosive force(standing long jump),flexibility quality(sit-and-reach),speed(50 meters),endurance quality(800 meters for girls,1000 meters for boys),balance(standing with one foot and eyes closed)and sensitivity(jumping in four quadrants).This thesis makes analysis on each index data by using SPSS22.0,and obtains the results in the form of “mean ± standard ”,using P<0.05 as the standard to show obvious difference.Results:(1)Before the experiment,two groups have no significant difference in physical fitness index and in 10 factors in MSSMHS(P>0.05).And their grades have no obvious difference statistically,basically in the same starting line.(2)After the experiment,both two groups’ body shape including height and weight has varied relatively but in an unobvious way.Girls’ body function index,vital capacity,has obvious variation,especially the great variation between the controlled class and uncontrolled class(P<0.05)after the experiment.(3)There are obvious variations in the factors that reveal one’s physical quality,which are 800 meters for girls,standing long jump,sit-and-reach,sit-up for girls,standing with one foot and eyes closed,jump in four quadrants(P<0.05).(4)The questionnaires which reveal the students’ factors in MSSMHS before and after the experiment indicate that girls become more positive after the experiment.Students’ tendency of obsessive-compulsive disorder and paranoia reduces and the interpersonal sensitivity factor improves,so that students feel less stressed.Conclusion:(1)As for students of the controlled class and the ones of the uncontrolled class,there is no obvious difference in their height and weight before the experiment and after the experiment,which indicates All Health Line Dance movement has little influence on the body shape of the students in junior high school.(2)In the controlled class,girls’ vital capacity improves obviously and has significant differences after the experiment,compared with that of the uncontrolled class,which means that All Health Line Dance movement has a great influence on the students’ body function.(3)The grades of sit-and-reach,standing with one foot and eyes closed,jumping in four quadrants also increase greatly in the controlled class,which is a great influence on the students’ flexibility quality,balance and sensitivity.(4)Girls in the controlled class have a great increase on 800 meters,while boys have no obvious improvement on 1000 meters,which means that it influences greatly on girls’ endurance quality rather than boys’.(5)In the controlled class,girls’ tendency of obsessive-compulsive disorder and paranoia reduces and the interpersonal sensitivity factor improves after the experiment,while boys from the controlled class(P>0.05)basically remain unchanged,which indicates that All Health Line Dance movement has much influence on girls’ mental health while little influence on boys’ in junior high school.(6)It is beneficial to promote All Health Line Dance movement as one of sunshine sports activities. |
