| The physical and mental health of young children have always been the concern of our government and society, and have also been a hot issue of society. Facing the declining status of the physical health of young children, The State Council of the CPC Central Committee raised the students’ physical health problems to the national strategic level. But now, the fraud in national student physical health test data is still very common,reflecting the problem on decline in student health remained to be solved.Line dance is one of the world’s most recognized beneficial sport of fitness, and the full promotion of line dance can help to solve the problem of the decline of students’physical health. Studies have shown that long-term adherence to the line dance exercise can effectively improve the physical exercise, but its research is aimed at adults,lacking discussion of children and adolescents.As we all know, participation in physical exercise is an effective way to improve the physical fitness level,the main form of children’s participation in physical exercise is exercise class, and physical education is the main content of the class, including teachers’teaching and students’ learning and practicing. Physical education is often the main form and content of primary school students’ physical exercise. Therefore, the national line dance promotion center intended to promote the line dance activities in primary and secondary schools and held "sunny line dance into the campus, million schools make performance to the motherland", which is a large-scale public welfare activities, and also integrated resources, then made teaching experiment on the student line dance and the experimental group was carried out by line dance intervention, meanwhile, the control group carried out a single technical action for the teaching content of physical education,and explored the positive impact on primary students’ physical conditions by line dance through way of comparing the different influence on students’ physical condition.This study mainly uses the methods of literature, experiment, interview and mathematical statistics to carry out the experimental study of the line dance, and draws the following conclusions:First, the teaching of the line dance and the teaching of the single technical action are both have a positive effect on the improvement of the physical health level of the primary school students, among which the line dance teaching has certain advantages compared with the latter. Second, the line dance teaching and the single technical action have different effects on the level of a student’s physical health test indicators, both of them have no significant influence on the height of the indicators, 50 meters and so on.But in BMI, vital capacity, seat flexion, 1 -minute rope skipping and other indicators, they both have a significant positive impact, and line dance teaching gained a certain degree of superiority in indicators than the other one. Thirdly, the positive influence of the line dance on the physical health level of the primary school students is different from that of the physical education teaching with single technical action as the teaching content. It provides a new possibility to solve the problems on the decline of students physical conditions, so it is important to promote the line dance to primary school. |
