The Research On The Development Of Planning Family Policy In China Under The View Of Comprehensively Deepen Reform

The family planning policy as a basic national policy of our country,has been implemented for more than thirty years,stabilize the low fertility level of our country and has a profound influence for our country's economic and social development.However,with the progress of science and the developing of medical technology,it maintains a high fertility rate and low mortality in a long time,leading to a series of problems,such as aging of population and imbalance of young labor and so on.Therefore,in the new era of comprehensively deepening reform,new requirements for population policy have been raised.The adjustment of policy from “selective two-child ” to “universal two-child” shows the connotation of family planning policy has changed greatly.This study is based on the Marxist theory about the population.It expounds the relevant theories of fertility policy and analyzes the population policies and practices of several representative countries.It uses literature research,historical analysis,comparative analysis research and combining theory with practice.Around the history evolution of the evolution of the family planning policy of 60 years in new China,it arranges the developmental process of China's family planning and concludes practical experience of family planning.This paper focuses on the further adjustment and development of China's family planning policy under the background of comprehensively deepening reform in the new era.It elaborates the necessity and actual implementation of family planning policy in the new era from internal and external causes.It puts some Suggestions on how to ensure the implementation of the national policy on family planning in the new era.Nowadays,China has entered a new era of comprehensive deepening reform,and the next decades will be a critical period for China's population development.To make major adjustments and improvements to the family planning policy that has been implemented for more than 30 years,promote the balanced development of the population quantity,structure and quality,continue to make a population policy play the positive role to economic and social development,and to ensure sustainable and healthy economic development and realize the social harmony and stability.The adjustment of this policy has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the Chinese dream of the great renewal of the Chinese nation.
