With the continuous and stable development of our economy,the continuous improvement of medical standards,the continuous improvement of the health level of residents,and the acceleration of the aging process of the population,the problem of old age care is becoming more and more serious.caution.The deepening aging of the population means that the demand for long-term care for the elderly will continue to increase.In recent years,Japan’s medium-to long-term plans have repeatedly emphasized securing elderly care and advocating community-based home care...In the process of modernization,the number of retired elderly people is also increasing exponentially.Through a field survey,this paper found that there are many retirees in the modern community.Compared to other older people,they have the advantages of younger age,richer experience and higher socialization.They are the main force for older people to participate.We will continue social activities and socialization.They can help achieve home self-help care in the community elderly community.In this paper,aiming at the continuous socialization of retired elderly people,we will utilize the W community of Nanyo City,which is a practical site,and from the viewpoint of merits,participate in field observations and questionnaire surveys at an early stage to grasp the living situation.,We are conducting practical research based on the willingness of retired elderly people to participate.Combining community conditions with the benefits of retirees,adopting group social work techniques to intervene in the continued socialization of retirees,conducting group work activities on the theme of benefits and participation,and in the process of activities Encouraging retirees to use social support and other theories: Participate in ongoing socialization,participate in increasing retiree confidence,acquire skills to find benefits,and be motivated to participate in community building Help raise and achieve the goals of ongoing socialization.Through research,this paper explores ways and ways for retirees to participate in continued socialization and draws relevant conclusions.Multiple levels of co-participation are required to encourage retired participation in ongoing socialization.Governments need to proactively improve community-based home health care and health policies and provide basic guarantees to retirees.Social enterprises and institutions need to actively rehire talented people or negotiate to postpone retirement.The community needs to be actively integrated.Idle resources to provide retirement within the community should provide a place of activity.Families need to fully support retirees and encourage their participation in ongoing socialization activities.Retirees need to be proactive in pursuing their own benefits and in combination with real-world situations.Enrich the lives of the elderly who participate in socialization activities and improve their ability to respond to changes in the external environment.
