A Case Study Of Shijiazhuang No.15 Middle School Volleyball Team On Its Construction Process And Successful Development

After the Chinese women's volleyball team won the 31 st Summer Olympic Games,it was influenced by the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team,which caused the upsurge of volleyball in China.Based on the long-term development of competitive sports,we should focus on the training of young athletes,and increase the reserve talents of volleyball events;To optimize the volleyball training system and improve the development of volleyball sports driving force.Shijiazhuang No.15 Middle School(hereinafter referred to as "No.15 Middle School")is the key volleyball school in our province,has always maintained a good volleyball training foundation.In order to improve the level of volleyball in our province,it is necessary to study the training mode of volleyball players in the No.15 Middle School.Based on the present situation of the No.15 Middle School volleyball team,this paper analyzes the development law of Hebei junior volleyball team.This study selects the No.15 middle school volleyball team in Shijiazhuang to make a case study.From the selection of athletes to graduation,six years of training,growth and development of the rules,to understand the study and training of the No.10 Middle School volleyball players and coaching team methods and experience,analysis of athletes need to be promoted in many ways.In order to optimize the training model of volleyball players in other schools,it has certain reference significance to the training scheme of volleyball sports programs in Hebei Province.So as to lay a foundation for training volleyball reserve talents in China.This research takes the construction course and successful development reasons of Shijiazhuang No.15 middle school volleyball team as the research object.Taking the Volleyball team of No.15 Middle School in Shijiazhuang City as the object of investigation.Based on the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,the paper induces and analyzes the course of construction and the reasons for successful development of volleyball team in Shijiazhuang No.15 Middle School.The course of construction is summarized from the course of volleyball team construction.The analysis of volleyball team successful selection(initial training age,shape characteristics,selection source).The analysis of athletes basic training(spring-sensitive quality building foundation,multi-form cooperation,rich basic technical training);The analysis of athletes advanced training(junior high school technical and tactical stratification training,psychological coaching team to stabilize the body and mind of the players,match replace the training,improving the ability of competition);Analysis on the harmonious Development of athletes' Learning and training(setting up the threshold of the achievements of the Culture course,coordinating the operation of the study and training,establishing the tripartite cooperative groups,promoting the athletes to become highly effective and cultivating the athletes in an all-round way,building comprehensive talents)and campus volleyball culture(formation of volleyball culture and transmission of volleyball culture).This paper analyzes and studies seven aspects above.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and puts forward the idea of breaking regional restrictions and selecting materials across urban areas.Coordinated Development of training and Learning,with "combination of physical Education and Education" as the training goal;Based on the current technical and tactical strategy of the school,set clear stage goals;Encouraging the coach team to visit the outside exchange;To promote the development of flexible,scientific and efficient teaching methods;Improving the coaching team business level and scientific research ability to promote the training science systematization five reference suggestions.
